The pet stain treatment was good although it is priced too high.
The technician was wonderful.....very informative and he went straight to work and did a great job.

The gentlemen that came to the house and cleaned the carpet were very nice and answered any questions that I had. I also liked that y'all use no soap and my carpet looks great!!!! I have already made an appointment for this thursday (12-5-2013) for my father in law's house to have his carpet cleaned.

I was charged for a protectant that I did not receive. I called and informed the staff and they did indeed send someone out to clean my spill. However, the protectant, I was told, would last approximately a year. I doubt someone will come out everytime I spill on my carpet, but they should since I did not get what I paid for.
Very thorough sales person on the phone and in person who was willing to take the time to explain each part of the process and the necessity of each. Very professional technicians.

Price and results. Not all stains came out, but carpet was extremely soiled.
We liked that you offered a sample demo with no obligation if we were not satisfied with the results. The technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very relaxed. He was not a high-pressured salesman which would have put us off. We also liked that we would have been able to choose additional products at the time of the service. Your product worked extremely well. We are grateful that the technician made a sincere effort and put in the work to make our carpets look the best. He did not do the minimum, but went out of his way to make us satisfied customers. Charles was outstanding, probably one of the best technicians in field we ever run into in the last several years. He is quite an asset to your company. I hope you commend him for his work ethic, honesty, and engaging personality.
Carpet did not get clean and stains weren't removed as the technician promised
I experienced a loss in hot water directly after the technician left and it has not improved. Did the process requiire tapping into the water line? My husband is in the hospital and will hopefully be discharged tomorrow or the next day? I need help.
Anthony was very polite & professional. Sydney made us feel ackward, staring at us everytime he walked past the Living room where we were watching TV and waiting for them to complete the cleaning.

Technician was great - showed me what he was using and why. Liked the agitator brush that really worked down into the the carpet.
Ruben was very professional, on time, courteous, and respected our house being very careful not to hit the walls. He was also very conscientious and cleaned the floor up after the services were concluded. He also changed his shoe coverings multiple times as he went in and out of the house. I really liked the fact that I received a telephone call indicating that the technician would be arriving "in five minutes". Which he did. Very nice result with the carpet cleaning and service.
