unable to get stains out of carpet that when I spot cleaned they came out
Provide the service I bought without pressing upgrades. I was told it wasn't worth doing anything if I didn't do upgrade as pet odor would be horrible. We didn't do upgrade, the carpet looks great, and there is no pet odor. I will recommend you but prepare anyone for the aggressive/ misleading sales pitch.
Environmentally friendly...the service tech, Kyle, was extremely professional. He arrived right on time and did an amazing job.

The results of your cleaning are great, the best I've ever had. The spots that others just covered up for a few weeks are gone, and all the cleaned and treated carpets look really good, even after three days of company with 6 great-grandchildren under the age of 7!

The technician did a great job! He was courteous and explained what he was doing before every step. we are familiar with the type of water used and knowing that made us particularly confident in the work being done. I really liked that there was no smell afterwards! There will never be any " shampoo" smell you can get with carpet cleaning.
