No soap is used, and my carpets look really clean. I have had a problem in the past with soap, and when one of my rooms flooded, it was only soap that was vacuumed up. I believe my carpet gets as clean with the Zerorez process.

Cleaned my carpet better than any other service I have used in the past. The carpet in my living/dining room and hallway is probably 20 years old, is a light cream color (stupid me) and has been cleaned many times. Now with my grandkids coming over and their spills, I would have classified the area around my coffee table as a hideous disaster area...and that's no joke.

What a shocker...couldn't believe it looks as good as it does. You guys are miracle workers!

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was cleaned very well.

1. Narrow the arrival window. My window was from 8:30 to 11:30 AM.

2. Pet stains - technician overrated his ability to remove the stains. I paid about $270
for pet stain removal. My total bill was over $400.00. I will try vinegar in certain
areas to see if I can reduce the stain.

The young man that came to clean our carpets, came on a night that was raining and it was freezing. His driver's door was freezing up as he was finishing the last room. But he stayed and did an excellent job.

After two teenagers and the damage that they did to the carpets we told him that we don't expect miracles but he pretty much did.

I think this young man deserves kudos. I would also ask if the company would consider that if it is ice raining, sleeting, etc that they tell employees to go home.

The carpet stays cleaner longer after you have completed your work than with other companies.

The residue left from our dog rubbing on the carpet and also cleaning where furniture had been moved was great! Our carpet has more life left!

The Service Tech surveyed our carpet, treated heavy pet stains, and went about his work in an efficient and orderly manner. He was very polite, and gave attention to the heavily stained areas of the carpet. He was in and out in 2 hours, having cleaned 4 rooms, 2 baths, and a hallway. The pet stains are gone, the carpet looks and smells fresh, and we are very favorably impressed. Great job, ZEROREZ!

The technician that came to our office was very organized. He had everything ready to clean and was sensitive to our request to have it done quickly because we had a conference call within an hour. He cleaned all the offices and was done quickly. Our floors look and smell much better now!

The technician was very personable and seemed to do a careful and thorough job. The areas that weren't very dirty look nicer but I was disappointed in the push for and cost of extra pre-treating, especially since the stains did not all come out. And, I've scheduled someone to come back out to treat a red splotch that I think must have been a bit of buried crayon...the steam seems to have melted and spread it! Assuming they can clean that up I'll be more likely to recommend the company.

Serviceman arrived early (much to my delight), explained his process clearly, and worked quickly. He asked me to inspect the carpet when finished. Luke was very personable and did an excellent job.
