The person who came to us was great! After he did our carpets there were almost no dust motes in the air, great for us because we both have allergies to everything airborne.
The way the service dies not use detergents to clean. Our carpet in one room is older and the technician did explain that some of the pet stains might not come completely out but the carpet looks ten times better and smells SO much cleaner than any service we have used before. I will be getting you back next year to do the upstairs!

Your adds state that you make carpets look like new, no caveats,but when your techs begin
steam-cleaning they say the traffic areas will lighten up but not totally be gone.We had no
issues with the carpet other than the traffic areas.One of the bedrooms was a big disapointment.Carpets are only 2 years old. We also did not receive our $100 gift
certificate from fullers jewlery.The techs were great,however.

Did not keep appointment time frame, which was scheduled between 8;30-11am Fri 11/22. Very disappointed that no one called me to notify me of time frame for my cleaning. I was told when I scheduled it over the phone that two days prior that I would receive a call letting me know time frame. I never received a call and had to call myself the day before.
The day of cleaning, it was 12:30pm before the tech showed up. I had to cancel an appointment I had that afternoon because he was so late. I took a half day off of work for the cleaning and ended losing the whole day. Very disappointed with your company--not a high level of customer service.

You do a great Job on the carpets. We have carpets in the living and dining roon that are 30 years old - still the origanal carpets from when we built our house!!! Daniel the Tecnition and Sam his assistant did an outstanding job on these carpets!! They look great which is what I hoped for so they would look good for the Christmas season.The carpet dryed in about 5 hours which was great also. I would reccomend Zerorez to anyone!!

I was scheduled for 5 to 7 but you had an opening and got me in earlier in the day. The Gentleman was professional and polite. He was in and out in not time - carpet looks like NEW :-)

I felt like there was no change in the appearance of the carpet. I know the carpet will not look new again but we did pay a descant amount. My husband was unhappy and somewhat upset with me for the outcome. He said I could have saved money and rented a carpet cleaner. The guy was professional and of course it smells different but there is no physical change in the appearance. I wish I would have just stuck with the $99 deal and not have felt pressured into the additional pet service offered.

You charged for 2 oversized rooms, however one of these was a bedroom that contained a queen sized bed - a desk - a chest of drawers - a dresser. These items covered over half of the carpet area. My estimate would be approx. less than 150sq. ft.
