Bill was awesome. My carpets look and smell great. Thank you so much, it was worth every penny, and I put if off for so long. Glad I finally broke down and had it done.
The cleaning process is totally different than any I have used before. Miguel
who was our tech was excellent. Very knowledgeable about all services available.
He was both professional and considerate of our animals that was in the home. When
finished, he must have asked 2 or 3 times "Were we satisfied with the results". We of
course were and will use Zerorez again.
1st of all we were quoted 90.00 for 2 small bedrooms and it ended up costing $108.00...not happy at all with the carpet from Mondays visit. it has taken forever to dry and now that it is finally dry, all of the high traffic areas that were the concern to begin with are already showing dirt again!
You were called out for a simple 4 room cleaning of an empty home prior to renters moving in. After staining my carpet with your equipment, and spraying the dirty water all over our entryway and sidewalk, the rep had to call another tech out to help clean which they could not do. You sent a third tech out to clean, who did not remove the stain that you created. This was an all day affair. Then, almost two weeks later when it was discovered that the stain was not removed, you sent yet another tech out with a manager to clean the stain. The only positive note was a gentleman named Matthew who was very courteous and helpful. Otherwise, what a debacle you created.

Wrong time given by the automatic scheduling service. Voice mail said 4:00 to 6:30; actual time was 1:30-3:00.
Stains in one of the rooms immediately showed up again after carpet dried.

Great results - I would have rated a 10 except for the following:
The add on charges for closets, hallways, were higher than they should be, in comparison to the cost to clean a whole room.
I did not like that the technician spent 45 minutes doing tests on the carpet so that he could try to upsell me on costly services. In the future, I will tell the technician to "save the sales job and just clean the carpets".
My carpets got clean but I didn't really feel like the guys who were here knew exactly what they were doing. They told me that I couldn't move my furniture back for 2 days? That's crazy!

I was not impressed that it only took 20 minutes to clean 3 rooms, one of those a large living room with all the furniture removed. I expected the furniture feet impressions to be lifted, they were not, nor did the tech try! I understood the whole "pet stain treatment" but that was not the issue; I have several spots that did not come up. The commercial led me to believe my carpet would look like new but unfortunalty it only looks as good as when I vacumn it. I have not recieved any notice of the "free" $100 gift card that was suppose to be with this special..... I asked the tech about applying it to a service for the carpet and he said he never knows what the specials are but i should recieve an email with a link..... I have not. Not happy with the overall cleaning, but the tech was nice.
Everything came clean, even difficult per stains. Staff member was polite and efficient.

It is the only carpet cleaning service that actually gets rid of the stains, once and for all. It is worth every penny. I recommend it all the time.
