Carpets look like new & your price is right. They dried in minutes.Black printer ink in 4 spots in our study/office came out. Jonas was super professional and worked in a flash. He was the most professional carpet cleaner we have ever had. We get our carpets cleaned at least once a year. We will use Zerorez from now on.

Thorough and professional
Cody was very professional and explained what he would be doing step by step. I did not feel like he was rushing the job but taking his time to do a really great job. Also, he educated us on the additional service they offer HE DID NOT try to sell us something but explained how each additional service worked. I have used other companies in the past but would not recommend them to anyone. Cody did an amazing job and I would be happy to refer him to other people.

The service was fast and efficient. The technician even called early to check if he could up the appointment time. He was very friendly and informative. He made suggestions to provide a better result for me and completed the job quickly. I plan to recommend your company to my property manager so that maybe they would use your service on units that have moved out. You have provided me with peace of mind and a new beginning. I lost my Mom on Oct. 29th and with my new peace of mind I feel I can move forward now. Thank you and thank you Tim for my new beginning.
We just moved to a previously owned home. The former owners had 2 large dogs. Before we moved in I had Zerorez clean the carpets and tile throughout the home. Visually the results were amazing. But additionally it is reassuring to know we have a 'fresh' start.

The service was outstanding although, I didn't receive my $100 gift card they promise from radio station 1080 fm. I'm still enjoying my carpet and the service like I stated before was wonderful.

Timely response, curteous staff, price and quality of cleaning.
I was surprised at how quickly my over sized game room, 14 stairs, hall way and 5 bedrooms were done. Not even the light objects were moved and one side of the master closet was left undone until I asked them to complete it. The personnel were very polite and respectful, but over all was not the cleaning I expected. More time was spent explaining how the pet treatment was to be done but was not as detailed when performing.
I heard the special on 98.7 for 3 rooms to be spot sprayed and conditioner for$89 and was totally shocked when my bull turned out to be $237. This was almost 3x what I expected to pay. I had moved most all furniture out of the rooms so the technicians didn't have to move anything, so felt that the additional costs to spot spray should have been covered in the special.
Pet treatment is pricy.

The service technician was awesome. He did a fantastic job. I did have a problem with the scheduling. I was to have my carpet cleaned before thanksgiving but your tech was running late so I had to reschedule. I did so on the phone and my new appointment time was between 10-12 Friday. I called because I never heard from anyone and they said that they were waiting in me to call with a time. So obviously the scheduling rep did not book my new time. The new rep on the phone said we can get you in between 12-2. Had to call again. Had not rec'd my call and no one showed up. The rep said oh you are scheduled between 1:30-3 pm. Then I recd a call to tell me the tech would be at my house in 30-40 minutes. Well past the 3pm time frame. You have to do a better job of scheduling. I was already upset that my carpet was not cleaned before the holiday but then to have my time shuffled around on Friday, made me furious. On the flip side the service tech was great. My carpet looks great too.
The first time that I used Zerorez (2012) I was amazed at the results. This time, the results were average - at best. My wife called our local Zerorez provider & they are returning on December 4th.
Outstanding service, great knowledge and information. Tech spent time answering all of my wife's questions.
