Tech not aware of the coupon being used. Immediately came in measured rooms and quoted price unwilling to explain the additional cost or documentation of cost for work done. Good job on major stains but missed multiple small spots. The large room was completely empty so no furniture was involved.

Tim, our tech was very informative and precise in the cleaning of our carpets. He took extra care in treating some problem areas. He explained what he was going to do and gave options of how to attack said problems. He offered products available. I did think pricing a bit high,but overall I was pleased.

I called after hearing an ad on the radio about an $89 special. The person on the phone said they did not have an $89 special...she would have to check with someone else. She did say there was a $99 special. I booked for the following week. When the technician was finished he said I owed $139 plus tax PLUS a $10 fuel charge!!!! I refused to pay $139.00 he settled for $99 plus tax plus that STUPID fuel charge that was NEVER disclosed to me on the phone nor is it on your website!!!

Remove the $10 fee that you add to every ticket. It's a way of hiding higher prices. Be up front with your customers and price the product without "extras".
