I sent my comments earlier. I just didn't mark the above. I didn't feel it was fair to place a black mark on the workers. They got in, worked, were courteous and friendly and without excessive talking. I am unhappy with the cleanliness of the carpet. Since the name of the comopany is Zerorez I don't now if just water is used but the carpet does not appear clean. Your company came highly recommended BUT, I am not happy with the job. I could have accomplished the job this well with my own carpet cleaner.

Your worker Charles is an exceptional young man. He is efficient, friendly and did an excellent job with my carpets.

The technician was knowledgeably and friendly. He cleaned my carpet very well even with some of the equipment issues. My carpet looks great even after my dog had a biological disaster on it in several spots.

I cannot BELIEVE how great my carpet looks! This was a rent house before we bought it, so you can imagine the condition the carpet was in --- not good, not good at all. I called Zerorez because I had treated many spots that appeared to be gone at the time, only to reappear a week or two later. So the idea of not leaving any residue to re-attract dirt sounded good to me. But I still did not have much hope that the carpet could even be salvaged, much less revived. Was I ever wrong! It FEELS clean and looks absolutely fantastic. I'm lovin' it! Thank you Zerorez -- particularly AJ and George. They make a great team.

Tremendous work done by James, I never expected the results on the tile.

Your customer service is without doubt the best I have ever experienced with any company regardless of the industry. I was not totally satisfied with the results of the first cleaning, but you made it right. I'm quite happy with the results of the second cleaning.

The quality of work was better than previous cleanings. He worked hard to get it right.

We were very pleased with the work Luke did on our carpet. Our old carpet was in very poor condition and had not been cleaned in at least 8 yrs. I watched as Luke cleaned one of our rooms at least 6 times over. Not only is he a very hard worker, but he was very nice to deal with. The cost we spent on cleaning our carpet was more than worth it. Thank you Luke and thank you Zerorez!

Greetings, As you are aware from our last communication; we were not pleased with the initial cleaning of our carpets and requested a "re-do" which was exemplary. Before our first appointment I recommended the service to our son who ALSO had to request a re-do. Just like with us the re-do was done to the standard we expected the FIRST time. Is this a pattern with zerorez? If it is necessary to get carpets cleanted twice; IMHO there is a quality control challenge. Do you have statistics on the percentage of re-do cleanings you get? Until I am confident carpets can be cleaned right the first time I hesitate to recommend your service. I totally understand that the older the carpet is, the more difficult it is to clean; however your commercials say you can make old carpets look new again. My carpets are older than my son's whose are only 2 years old. Neither of us have small children.

This is our 3rd time to use you guys over the past several years. I like that you guys are concerned about Quality and this is the first time you have had to come back to fix an issue but it wasn't done to perfection the first time, so you took care of it the 2nd time!

I was disappointed in some areas that did not clean up as well as I felt they should have. I was really disappointed in the grout on my kitchen tile. Was not worth the extra 99.00!!

Friendly staff, carpet looked good and clean.

Same as all the other carpet cleaners... When you advertise 3 room for $99, get one free... you don't expect to walk away with a bill for $280!! Just include the deoderizing up front so people know what they will actually have to pay. It's kind of a "bait-and-switch" tactic that doesn't leave a very good feeling.

Service was very good - and the products certainly seem to do what they are supposed to do. My carpets look great. Thank you.

Very Professional worked quickly to complete the job. Great job looks like new. My carpets are 20 years old and Ron (your representative) could not believe the condition of my carpet. It cleaned up great in the areas that needed it.
