How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

cleaning was great. I paid extra to have it pet proofed, was told the pets would not go on it because they didnt like the smell. The very next day one of my pets peed on it, so I guess that part really doesnt work. I am back to having to keep all my doors closed to prevent pets from going on it. That was disappointing as it was a very expensive ordeal for three rooms and a hall. The service people were wonderful, courteous, clean attired, and on time. They did the cleaning part great.

What could we do to improve?

Cleaning is outstanding...best in the industry.
The $10 gas charge per visit is outrageous. You are taking a tax deduction (as a normal business expense) for your gas expense and then charge us for the privilege. Looks like a good part of your profit margin might be the gas tag-on. That would suggest you are as much in the gas business as the cleaning business. I’m thinking you learned this trick from Avis and Hertz. Try being a bit more honest about what you are up to. Also, there was no mention of the gas tag-on charge when I scheduled the visit even though I asked for details on visit charges. Are you are trying to hide this? If so very bad form!!
How many trucks do you have out on an average day in the DFW area and how many stops average per truck? In a 12 month period that looks like a substantial amount of $...and a tax deduction on top of that. Shame! JP

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I liked that they were on time, courteous, and done quickly. We are disappointed in the carpet now that it has dried. There are darks spots in our living room and bedroom that were not there before. It appears to us that it is where the machine stopped in a motion and left an area of dirty water. I plan to redo those areas with my own carpet cleaning machine before we entertain for Christmas/New Year. My cleaning my carpet was what I was trying to avoid because I do not have the time. There are about 5 or spots like that in the living room and one in the bedroom. Also, more that 24 hours later, a few areas are still quite wet.

Not schedule service so late. The technicians were scheduled for arrival between 4pm and 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. Arrived at 4:15 pm and didn't finish until 8:30 pm

Your team was extremely professional and courteous. Prior to your services, we were utilizing Stanley Steamer. This was a spot treatment that was supposed to take care of some dog accidents. The first time they came it worked great but the spot came back some. On the second treatment, the spot treatment, the carpet started to smell badly after the technician had left. The only way the smell left was to sprinkle baking soda all over it to remove the smell. It worked somewhat and I am watching it to see if I need to call you again. This would be the 3rd time for treatment of the spots.

I liked the idea of no soapy residue because I know from experience that many times I have spot cleaned areas that appeared to be "gone" only to have them reappear a week or two later. That's why I called Zerorez. AJ and George were very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I want to be clear. The gentlemen who came were very professional and kind. I am not entirely sure that they are the reason for my dissatisfaction, which is two fold:
1) Carpet felt crunchy afterwards, and stain was not removed entirely. The stain was very similar to other stains that you all have been able to remove, so that is weird to me.
2) My car was the other part of the service. I mentioned to those taking my appointment, that it was in very bad shape. It really doesn't look much different after the service. In fact, after the service, the technician took a white cloth and rubbed it on the seats and floor. The cloth was then covered in dirt, which told me that there was still work that could have been done. He mentioned that it probably needed to be scrubbed, but there was no offer to do so. I am sure it just is not a part of the process. Maybe you guys are using new solution?

You all have always been able to remove any stain and I have always felt that my carpet was really clean once you left. However, this time, I acutally felt like my carpet was dirtier. And I was disappointed that I paid over $200 for the car alone, and it really didn't look any different.

What do you like about our products and services?

To: Seth Hopkins, I have used Zerorez many times over the years and your technicians have always done a good job. We were scheduled to have our carpets cleaned on Dec 9 but due to the weather I wanted to reschedule to Dec 12, 2013, that was no problem for your scheduling department. I also requested a seasoned professional and your company sent me Fabian. He was not only professional but personable. He is very, very proud to work for your company for the past 23 years and it reflects in his superior work ethic. My carpets look excellent. Please extend "our thanks" to Fabian for a job well done.
