My carpet didn't get as clean is when we have used other carpet cleaning services.

Promptness in sitting a time to clean our carpets. The carpets were cleaned promptly and with care. We are well satisfied in the carpet cleaning.

Technicians were knowledgeable of cleaning processes (including owner maintenance upkeep),carpet types and what to expect concerning wear & tear from each.
Technicians were also congenial & made sure I was pleased with result. Field manager, Thomas came back out in response to questions concerning some discoloration in the study due to a clear office mat under the chair. He explained the problem & even re-cleaned the area...although not completely gone, it does look much better....very much appreciated!

Ensure that enough spot remover is applied to thoroughly clean the carpets. I had to ask for several areas to be sprayed and cleaned again, after the initial cleaning was done.

Michael and Carlos were prompt. They called when they finished their previous job to tell me they were on their way. They worked quickly and effectively, sharing with me what they were doing and why. They smiled the entire time they were working, like they were happy to be there. Yes, this is my second time using Zerorez, and there will be more in the future as needed.

I liked the look of my carpet after they were cleaned. DC was very good and explained what he was doing.
The technician was very knowledgable and helpful. One of the rugs isn't dry after the second day, but he said it won't be completely dry for several days, just have to be patient.
The reason we had our carpets cleaned was to remove urine stains that our dogs left on the carpet. I paid extra for the pet urine solution and the stains are still visible. We are very disappointed.

I promised I would get back to you regarding the services once my rugs were returned. This is the first time I have used your services and it was a VERY disappointing experience. There is not enough space here to give you the complete story. I would be happy to write in more detail but suffice it to say that the technician, Michael Ramirez, felt he must take my rug away, which I did not want but to make the sale he promised to clean it himself & have it returned the next day. The ice storm prevented that delivery, which I understand, but at the end of the day Monday, I still had not heard anything about it's return. I called-they couldn't deliver until Tuesday which wouldn't work for me because I work. Scheduled delivery for Thursday, my day off. Thursday morning-received a call from Matthew, shop mgr. He was not satisfied with the rug, he would clean it personally and have it returned Friday. Friday's call-pipe burst, rug wet, return Sat. Saturday finally delivered and it was filthy, black dirt down the center. Mitchell and Nolan finally took responsibility and cleaned it in my home as should have been done in the first place. Between troubles with your equipment and such poor customer service I will not trust using again.
