The techs are wonderful...they explain what they are doing, why, how it works. The carpets are always soooo clean they look like new. I like the idea of no chemicals or soaps...energized water it the best.

It looked great at first but now have "tiger stripes" in our carpet. (carpet is pretty old so maybe it is normal)
Our family room (carpet is just 2 years old) seems to have attracted more dirt in the traffic areas.... we try not to wear shoes on it but it is definitely darker.

I think your carpet cleaning procedure does a great job. I have used in company in my home and her at the office. And in both places we were very satisfied with the work.
Thank you for sending your technician back to spot treat our tough stains. He did a fantastic job! We loved that the carpet was nearly dry after a couple of hours.
Your tile cleaning service is not good at all. I can use mop & glo and it look 250% better than when you technician left and to think that I agreed to pay $50 extra for a sealer! I've already complained to customer service and they are going to send another tech out here to see what he can do....we'll see maybe I'll get another survey after that appt.
The results were same as the other carpet cleanings and there were only 1 person so no cleaning under Sofas and more expensive than other companies, the ads heard on Radio do not match with Results I got using Zerorez.
I set up and paid for cleaning of three rooms for $89 for my parents carpet, for an 11:00 a.m. appointment on Monday, December 23, 2013. A driver called my mom at 9:00 a.m. that morning and advised that he would be at their home in 45 minutes. I had to phone the dispatcher to advise them that my parents could not be ready in 45 minutes and to please not arrive before 11:00 a.m. I find out later that that the cleaning technician upsold a service of "pet protection" to my parents. I was the one paying for the service and was not asked if I wanted to add the pet protection, an additional $60. No paperwork was given to my parents. There are still several pet urine stains on my parents carpet, and my parents do not really understand what the "pet protection guarantee" includes. For these reasons, I would not recommend your services to anyone. I'm still wondering what the $60 pet protection actually covers? I would greatly appreciate hearing back from a company representative, and I would like my $60 returned!
Your company was very thorough in getting out the tough stains. I appreciated the information that they provided in helping to keep my carpets looking like new. One thing I would mention is that I had my carpets cleaned at 9am and the carpets were still damp at 8pm. I turned on the fans in those rooms to try to help the drying time. I went through a few pairs of wet socks. I was originally scheduled for a 4-6:30pm time and there would have been no way that my kids could have slept in those rooms with wet carpets.
I like Zerorez because they don't use chemicals and the carpet is so clean!

The fact that Zerorez uses all natural chemicals is what really caught my attention because all other companies use soap & water & the stains always resurface within a week or two. My carpets were cleaned almost 2 weeks ago & they still look amazing! They look brand new again! Zerorez is off the charts in my book & I will not only continue to use them but I will reccommend them to anyone & everyone!

Unreal - night and day difference - after he got through cleaning it, it was all new again. Every time we have it cleaned, my husband says well that took care of a new wood floor for another six months!!!!
