if all your employees were like the second employee but first time was a huge disappointment
technicians are nice, polites. This is my second time and rugs did not come like the first.
your young man was very knowledgeable. Also asked what I needed and we did a walk thru.
I will use you again and am considering having my tile floors/grout cleaned and sealed next month.

My carpets were just cleaned on Friday. That is too soon to see how effective your product really is. The service tech, Cody, was very friendly and courteous.
Very professional and very fast! The guys did a good job cleaning the carpet in the rooms I requested, and they were done in less than an hour!

We were glad that Zerorez is a "chemical free" cleaning service. The tech, Keith, was very nice.
Left a big stain inside my front door where the hose was brought in the house. Chipped paint off the wall with equipment in one room. This after issues with scheduling and customer service on phone. All in all, with the exception of office and stairs, wasn't very impressed with cleaning. Left several stains and created a new one and had to drop $207 on top of it

You sent another technician to deal with the spots left behind from the initial cleaning and the spots disappeared!!! Thank you very much. I will be recommending Zerorez to my colleagues at work and will definitely use you all again.

They fact that you don't use chemicals like other carpet cleaning businesses do. You're guys did miss one spot. But, overall it looks great.
