Liked the lack of heavy smell

The tech was almost an hour late and the cost was more than I was quoted on the phone. A fuel surcharge? Really?

A couple of problems with the carpet stretching job. The carpet wasn't tucked under the baseboards on one side of the room, so I had to do that myself. And the new seams are very noticeable.

James Last name removed and Carlos explained everything before it was done and afterwards-very courteous and polite and did nothing without asking me first-they were ahead of the scheduled time-would only want those two to come back for further clean ups in my house

However, I would appreciate it if Bo Last name removed would give me a call regarding one of his customer service representatives that almost cancelled the whole cleaning process.There were a lot of issues that James Last name removed apologized for on behalf of the company-although he, himself had nothing to do with the bad customer service at the time I called.

Your guys were professional and timely. Carpets looked good after they were done with one exception. The main reason I called was for a pet urine stain. Although it is lighter, it couldn't be removed. Perhaps no carpet cleaning company could have removed but I will probably try a different company next time to see if that's true. Also need more time to judge if carpets stay cleaner longer after using zero Rez.

I like the fact that you do not use soaps, the carpets seem to be like new when completely dry. I was disappointed that the technicians are no longer able to move furniture like chairs, couch, side tables etc. It was an imposition on my husband & I to have to move all the furniture in order to get the complete room cleaned. This will certainly be a consideration on my part for future bookings and reason for my rating of 9.

That they don't use chemicals. They use water and soap. They got the blood stains out. Even the dog pee smell out of the upholstery. They also but guards around some of the furniture so they wouldn't get ruined. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. People in my office also say that Zerorez is the only company to use to clean your carpet.

Bottom line, the finished result. My carpet looked brand new after they were done.

We have been faithful customers for more than 5 years and have recommended your company to our friends, however, our most recent experience has us second guessing ourselves. When my husband made the appointment just after Thanksgiving, he specified an early morning appointment because we had family coming in the next day (December 22nd) and were told that it would be no problem. When I received a call from Amy/Zerorez on December 19th confirming our appointment for Dec. 21st between 4:30 and 6:00pm, I brought up the point that we were to have a morning appt. She said that my husband hadn't specified early morning, but she would make a request for the technician to come as early as possible. As a result, I sat at my house all day waiting to hear from the technician. When no one had come or called by 6:20 PM, I called Zerorez to complain and got your voicemail, which states your hours on Saturday as being open until 7:00. Why wasn't there a live person answering the phones until then? At 6:30, I received a call from Fabian who was calling to see if anyone had answered my call yet. I told him they had not and I was very, very angry. He said that although we weren't on his scheduled route, he would come by on his way home and do our carpets. I was very grateful for this, because as I said, our out of town guests would be arriving about noon the next day. He did a cursory job, and most of the stains are still in the rug. This is the poorest service we have ever gotten from any service company. Especially because we paid the extra money to have the pet carpet protection done, too. This particular time, Zerorez did not live up to their promises and we will think twice about even using them again.

Very professional and our carpets look fantastic. I will be calling soon to get air ducts cleaned.

Everything looks great and we are glad that no detergents were utilized. I ask anxious to see how things look after some time has gone by..... That willbe the true test. You should check back with me in a few weeks.

Product truth,

You had a long time to get the smell out of the rug. I do not believe that it was even cleaned. The price was outrageous to begin with. Unbelievable that you would send the rug back when it was still dirty and smelly. I plan to consult with my attorney regarding this matter. I will also report this experience to Angie's list. No way would I ever recommend your company.
