I was very disappointed in the arrival time of the technician - problems finding the building (which Bob McKee said he would take care of), 3 phone calls to find out where he was, an hour late (I had driven 175 miles to supervise this and needed to be back for an engagement). Once the work started all was fine - very pleased with the technician.

My house smells really bad. I spent a large amount of money having the whole house carpet cleaned and it smells WORSE than it has ever. I am disappointed!
