I like that your products don't leave behind any residue
Carpet and tile cleaning is what I have used so only recommend the services I have utilized
I love the fact that the products you use have no nasty "chemical" smell. Also was particularly impressed with my tech, Cody, who cleaned the dirtiest areas over and over again to make sure they were as clean as possible. He really went above and beyond my expectations.
The cleaning method is green. The carpets always look fabulous after being cleaned. Technicians are always friendly and professional.
Service is always on time and the employees are very professional.

I appreciate your immediate response to the first survey I filled out. On your first visit on Jan. 2, I indicated on the original survey that I felt an area of high traffic
was not sufficiently cleaned. You sent out another technician on Jan. 10 who did a great job re-treating this "problem" area. I am very happy with the results -- and particularly with the obvious importance Zerorez places on satisfying your customers. I very much appreciate your response to my concern and thank you for your quick action.

They are clean.
I was given a time period of 1130-130 on a Saturday. No one was there at 130 nor had i heard from anyone if they forgot me or what. I called and was told that it took longer at the previous scheduled home- there should be a process in place that a client is notified AS SOON as it is known they the designated time is going to be close and certainly if it cannot be made at all as was in my case. Otherwise, I was happy with the cleaning and the service reps who did the cleaning.
They've consistently done the best job cleaning our carpets. Always professional and friendly, helpful, and hardworking.
the guys explained everything (pet stains, upholstery cleaning questions)...my carpets are clean and fresh smelling...the cleaning was done in an efficient and timely manner. i am anxious to see how long the carpet stays clean after this type cleaning.

Products: how clean my carpets feel and look, especially since they're 30+ yrs. old.
Services: how friendly and helpful the technicians are about providing service. (It is helpful when they take their paper shoe covers with them and don't leave them in a wad on my front porch). :)
I had old red wine stains from a renter that had been cleaned and remained and Zerorez took it all out - I am so thrilled I will not have to give a carpet allowance or replace carpet when I put my home on the market.
My only complaint would be pricing.
The previous carpet cleaner told me I needed to replace the carpet (only 5 fives old) because the high traffic areas were just to worn. Zerorez perked up all these areas and made them look like new. I was also very impressed with how Zerorez got the wine stains out of the carpet. Great Job!!
