I like that Zerorez doesn't use harmful chemicals to clean my carpets and upholstery. The stains come out, heavy-traffic areas look like new, and there are no residue or odors.
The fact that you use no chemicals is great. I have an 8 month old And I can appreciate the green factor. Also the service techs that came by in my opinion by far are some of the best customer service oriented folks. Both were awesome. Need to take care of the two so you do not loose such great help

Oh my! Where do I start? From the professionalism of the staff that set up the appointment, to the very kind, thorough job by the individual that actually came and did the carpet. My carpet looks and feels new.

The fact that I don't have to call back after only 2 or 3 weeks to have the service performed again. We have used other companies in this area but what they use to clean with calls the dirt again like it was not just cleaned.

We had zero furniture to deal with. I think you should have a discount for that. $230 for 40 minutes seems excessive to me.

My mattress still has visible stains on it. I was disappointed because they did such an awesome job on our carpet but the mattress not so much.
