The Zerorez tech picked a stain on my carpet to test and your cleaning system could not remove the stain. I called a competitor and the test spot came clean. We are happy with their results.

Roy provided me with flawless professionalism. He explained everything up front and made several helpful suggestions. He was completely thorough. He was so wonderful cleaning my carpets. We also discussed the tile in my kitchen and I decided to let him do it that very night. I watched work so effortlessly hard. He impressed me so that you would think he was cleaning the tile in his own home. He even got on his hands and knees to work on a specific stain. I will sing his praises to Facebook and the moon. I will be calling Zerorez for him to do my hard wood floors. He was terrific.

However, the technicians never seem to know about the current promotions in the area. The last three times I've had my carpets cleaned, there was a promotion with Fuller's Jewelry. I've never received the gift certificate, even after mentioning it. Not a big deal, just think the technicians should be aware of what the company is promoting and how to access it. The Results....

There are no harsh chemicals used to clean the carpets. The scheduling staff and the technician who cleans the carpets are very pleasant to deal with. The service is prompt.

Have not had the service yet, but the representative that came to give the estimate was knowledgeable and courteous. I plan to use the service in the next couple of weeks and got the recommendation from friends and neighbors.

I was concerned about a spot that developed in my hallway. There was no spill but it just seemed to appear there and I had only had my carpet cleaned in April and gotten protectant. When I called and asked how long they felt it should last they said about 6 to 10 months. They sent a crew out to look and give me an estimate. They agreed that because the rest of my carpet was so clean it didn't seem right that the spot would appear. They did clean it for me and it looks just like the rest of my carpet. It took the protectant off, but at least I should be good for another 6 months. They also took the time to explain that although they had removed the residue from the carpet, there could be some getting to my carpet from my tile. They showed me a clean rag run across my clean floor that had build up on it. I am cleaning my tile, now that I know and it should solve the problem. I really appreciated this team taking the time to teach me and also to clean that small area. They did an excellent job.
