While I expected the cost of the service to be a little higher than what was quoted on the phone, it was almost $100 more than I expected. I still don't have the receipt to understand why. I really think the telephone estimates need to be more realistic.

Be more specific on the time that the tech will arrive. This is the 2nd year in a row that there was a delay in the arrival time.
I called before 8:30AM because we had dropped a GALLON of paint on the carpet and we had service before 11;00AM. Cleaned the entire down stairs and still had a really great price. Now I know that Zerorez really can get oil paint out of the carpet..This the second time we have used the services. We would never think of trying anyone other than your company.

The second time I used your service I got the carpets cleaned to my satisfaction. The first time I was not satisfied since the technicians did the job so quickly that the carpets were not thoroughly cleaned.

For carpet cleaning, the pricing is very competitive and the service technician was very helpful. I wanted to have my tile cleaned and sealed, but the cost is prohibitive for me at this time.
The technician was fantastic and it's the first time that I had carpets cleaned where they still look as good as the day they were cleaned. Usually spots start to come back. Love it, also no smell and no mess, dried quickly

Damaging my floors and rugs but mostly your lack of professionalism, I had to contact you to get anything done. Only one time did I actually get a call back from the service manager,Brad. You were late for almost every appointment and your lack of concern for something your techs caused was overwhelming! You kept my rugs from Nov. 17 until Jan. 11 to fix them. I again had to make the call to see where they were as I was told it would take 30 days, this being the second time. During this time with no rugs I slipped and fell probably fracturing my tailbone, it has been a very painful recovery and unnecessary. The rugs are still not as they were. The floor is not as it was either, slicker than before however we excepted them because it seems they would never be back the way they were. The rugs are another matter they are no longer silky but like cotton, most likely from what I have been told the high heat. I never asked for them to do the rugs and they never asked if they could,just mentioned it on the way out! I have turned this into BBB and am not done there, there was no reason for any of this to happen but when it did your apathy made it all inexcusable! Not only will I not recommend you I will do anything I can to get my story out there as I cannot believe you can treat a customer with such care.
Service was GREAT and the results were fantastic!
The service was fast, efficient, and thorough, and the technicians were very professional. However, the price is high compared to other services and the effectiveness on stains was not what I had hoped (several stains still remain).
The two gentlemen that cleaned our carpet were extremely polite and professional. They did a great job on our carpet.

I was trilled the first and second times Zerorez cleaned my carpets. However, I had a bad experience with my third time, so there was a do-over for no charge, PLUS he cleaned my den rug for free. I don't know his last name, but Thomas was extremely friendly, professional and did a fantastic job on my carpets!! I am thrilled again!!

Chris was very efficient. My husband thinks the carpets look even better this time than last year when we had your company come. The rugs seem to dry faster this year also and we could put things away sooner. I like the bottle of cleaner I got and I have already found uses for it.
