nice tech, nice results with the carpet
Seems my tech was in a hurry
Your associate was thorough, explained what he was going to do and why. He removed stains that I thought were permanent. Our carpet looks new again.
It is a product that does leave the carpeting wet....and dries quickly....

The carpets are clean and the technicians friendly and efficient
The carpet looked like brand new after the cleaning. Our carpet is almost 7 yrs old, and we have two toddlers and two indoor dogs. To see how clean Zerorez was able to treat our soiled carpet was astounding! We also loved how the carpet felt so fluffy after the cleaning and how it took no time at all to dry up!
The tech was very professional, friendly and helpful. I was very impessed with the service.
Carpets looked clean and no smells
It appears to have cleaned very well. As in my first feedback I was unhappy with the first and second person due to not using corner protectors and the first apparently using a lot of water that took 8 hours to dry even with a fan running. The second was in to big of a hurry to get gone. The third was exceptional. Perception is a big thing.
The fact that you redid a rather poorly done job. I will definitely use and recommend you.
The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable, making recommendations that suited our needs. They were prompt, called prior to arrival, and even offered an earlier appointment time due to a cancellation. Very pleased with the carpet cleaning. Would definitely recommend Zerorez and will use them again in the future.

Fast and efficient, and they did a good job. The service rep (Daniel?) was friendly and professional and very clear on the charges in advance. Also, they showed up on time and ready to go.

Technican was very professional and efficient. House always looks and smells so nice after treatment.
I have large parrots and have to be concerned with any substance brought into our home as their lungs are incredibly sensitive. I liked the fact that Zerorez has nothing but water and so I did not worry about my feathered "kids"

Truthfully, we thought that $500 was quite a bit of money.
When we were shown the stains with the black light we were under the impression that the cleaning was going to get it out.
It was like a scare tactic, I looked after the cleaning and black light stains were still there.
Service, people and how clean and fresh everything is.
Service technicians are professional, knowledgeable about the carpets, stone, ductwork, and hardwood cleaning and maintenance. Based on this recent experience and that of past years, we do not look anywhere else when it comes to interior cleaning.... Thanks Zeroes!
