Quick easy and dries quicy

The initial customer service for setting up the date and time of service was less than satisfactory but the technician who cleaned our carpets more than redeemed the company as he was very courteous and worked incredibly hard to get our carpets as clean as possible.

When I called in I told the csr tech that I had mold on a mattress but when the tech arrived and took one look at the mattress he say he couldn't touch it. I did ask that he send me an email stating what he found and still haven't received anything.

You do not use harsh chemicals, yet they do the job! I feel good knowing my carpets are CLEAN and my kids and pets are SAFE!

Your technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. Josh was able to answer all of my questions and knew exactly what it would take to accomplish the desired outcome. He and Max were quick in their execution and the outcome was excellent! They were also punctual and thorough. I'll be asking for Josh and Max for any future scheduling.

Services were great other than the oil spots the truck left in my drive way and the trash bag that was left on the side of my house.

My main issue is with the fact that I only have one room and a walk-in closet that are carpeted therefore the specials that are usual for 3 rooms don't apply to me. I have my carpet cleaned mainly because my cat occasionally gets accidently locked in the bedroom away from her litter box. (We try to keep her closed out - not in). When this happens she goes into to closet if it is open and urinates on the carpet. If she can't get in there she does it in the bedroom. So I always want pet stain treatment. I try to explain the size and exactly what I need when I call, but everytime someone has come out they tack on extra charges. This frustrates me a lot!. This time I lost my temper about it because I had been very specific about the space sizes and what I wanted. The tech still tried to add an extra room of pet treatment, however, he did back off the charge when I told him I expected to pay what I had been quoted. Other than the upsell issue, I love your product.
