Jonas was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He cleaned a chair and it looks new! Got all the dirt out. Spilled coffee on sofa and now the sofa looks great!
I bought a professional steam cleaning machine believing that it would be adequate for our purposes. The Zerorez process and technique beat the results of the Rug Doctor tenfold. In addition, the experience was professional and efficient and I didn't have to break my back negotiating a heavy, bulky machine. The best part is that it was pleasingly affordable, too.
I felt like the man although very polite was far from friendly. Also, I think that my carpet still isn't all that clean.
I love the way the carpets look and how long they stay clean. Your staff is coutious and make great suggestions on not just the carpet but other services as well.

No soap build up
I like the result, clean carpet with no residue and it dries fairly fast. I'm not all that happy with the price. I use you guys a lot (several rental properties and my own home). I wish you had a frequent user discount.
The outcome is awesome compared to other cleaning services. The look and feel of my carpet is restored as advertised and the non-use of chemicals is greatly appreciated. Fantastic service for a good price point. The professionalism and friendlyness of our technician, Michael Ramirez, was also appreciated. The service guy was great and did a thorough job
We hear your commercials on 105.3 the Fan constantly and the offer of 3 rooms for $89, so we had you come out for an estimate. The estimate to clean one couch, with NO visible stains on it, was $280. That's completely absurd. I'll take my business to a company that doesn't have a teaser ad to draw in people and then raise the price threefold. One couch for $280 versus 3 rooms for $89? Get it together.

Darwin came to our house yesterday and cleaned two
bedrooms and a hall that I was afraid needed replaced.
It was really messy because of a three year old and
chocolate milk! It turned out amazing! He cleaned
some very old and stained dining chairs. I just could
not believe how they turned out. He cleaned an arm
chair in our living room that looks like new. I think this
is the third or fourth time you have come out. Special
praise to Darwin! He was so great and pleasant. It was very
professional plus friendly. You did cleaning for some of
our neighbors that we referred plus I have mentioned you
to a couple more friends. I really thank you and Darwin
for a job well done!
I had been waiting with high expectation of having Zerorez out to clean my carpet because of advertisement, I was so sure this time I was going to get better results on carpet cleaning than I had in the past from other companies. Maybe it was my carpet and your process did not make for a good cleaning. Don't really know how to tell you to improve because in another home it might be completely different and much better. Maybe you should go out the next day after cleaning, inspect areas that were serviced and see if it meets your expectation in relation to your advertisement. Also think just a little more time on cleaning can be helpful. Thanks for your service.

They do what they say they do: clean the carpets without soap. Our carpets really do stay clean longer. And every time we've had service the technicians have really been beyond polite. All have been extremely courteous.
The technicians that administered the cleaning (Joe and Jason) were very knowledgeable and well trained about carpet cleaning. I especially like there were no shampoos and chemicals applied to the carpets and upholstery. I appreciated your team took special care in protecting my home with corner protectors as well. I have already started sharing the great experience I had with your company. You will hear from me and I'm sure my family and friends for future cleaning needs.
