Our carpet was installed only 2 years ago in our rent house; it was only occupied for 1 1/2 years and the carpet was filthy. I was amazed at how clean the carpet was after Zerorez finished cleaning it.
The tech that leaned our carpets was very pleasant and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to purchase any extra that was not necessary.
Quick same day service and loved how my furniture and rug looked!

Loved the way the carpet looks after cleaning. The technician who cleaned the rugs was so friendly and enthusiastic about his job. Very pleasant experience. I do wish it wasn't so expensive to have an area wool rug cleaned. $189 for a small rug was too expensive and we could not afford it unfortunately.

I had some spots that I asked if they could be removed, the answer was that he would try and I thing that he knew that he could not remove them. Your add said that you could remove all most anything.

Easy to schedule, sent confirmation via email reminder with directives on the expectation of the service, a phone call confirmation, and a reasonable availability window of less than 3 hrs. The customer service was outstanding with the associate that worked on our home (Tim on 1/23/14 6:30pm)

I was pleased with how good the carpets looked after they were cleaned and even more so the next day. I feel like my carpets are truly deep down clean instead of just clean on the surface.
Scheduling was easy and you were out the very next day for service. He cleaned efficiently and expertly with a very pleasant attitude, and it was dry in less time than we had anticipated. We are very pleased with the results and will use your service the next time we need our carpets cleaned.
