That you do not use alot of chemicals
We were completely satisfied with the service. Our tile now looks brand new again. The two service guys were really great to work with.
Service tech was knowledgeable and didn't try to force extra services on me. I loved that! The job was also quick and perfect!
I had my kitchen tiled floor cleaned. The technician was very professional and did a great job in the areas he cleaned. My only dissatisfaction was that he did not clean the tile in my pantry (3 feet by 2.5) nor did he clean below the refrigerator. I didn't realize this until after he left. I felt that for the money I paid (275.00), he should have done those two areas. I am contemplating cleaning my hardwood floors and, depending on the resolution to my complaint, will decide if I will use Zerorez for the job.
no soap residue
I like the fresh clean feel and that there is not any "perfume" smell left. However, I do not like the rake marks left in my carpet. It would be nice if the final pass through the carpet was performed with a nasal that didn't have teeth.
The tech was very good and helpful. The carpets came out good.
carpet was dirty and service man was rude
The job that Jon did was great on what he did, but I thought it would be cleaning the whole rooms, not just the pathways that are now in use. Only a futon was moved, at my insistance, but not the tv, couch, plants, or multiple things on the floor. They were not heavy, but were not moved, just cleaned around.
Your technician Will is an asset to and ambassador for your company. He explained every step he would be taking to clean my two carpets. He examined my den carpet and was totally honest with what to expect after cleaning. It was polyester and had a traffic pattern. He worked diligently on the pattern and got most of it out. My dining room carpet looked brand new when Will was finished! I will request Will on my next service call.
I was totally impressed with how my carpets turned out. Ron was an excellent technician and would recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.

The whole experience with having my chairs sprayed with mciroseal has been a nightmare w/o your company being willing to replace my chairs that the color went from a beige grey to a blue grey. Thomas was not truthful about what he observed by saying it was a lighting problem; the pictures he took were not at all like seeing the chairs in real life. The customer service manager was less than willing to work with me.Even though he plans to come to my house on Monday, Jan 27th, I do not have any hopes he will be helpful. I have no idea what to expect; however, your guarantee on your paperwork specifically states 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I am NOT satisfied at all and I expected more from this company. You can be sure that I will not recommend Zerorez upholstery care TO ANYONE. I told my hairdresser about it today and she has a 1000+ client base. I have had 2 other friends come by to look at the "blue" in my chairs now and they can see it also. Word of mouth will get around quickly in my circles. I have company coming and now I am stuck with this mess. I am sure this will not even be addressed but I thought I would place it anyway. I am perfectly happy with the previous carpet cleaning but NOT with this experience.

It did not take him that long to do our carpets. He was a very nice young man and if I had questions he answered them. Very friendly!

The product besides left behind a clean (FRESH, SANITIZED) smell, even the spots that formerly had pet stains (NO LONGER! YAH!). We are MORE than pleased with your product. I've used other companies before... no more crunchy carpets!
