I like the no residue and the people you send out are awesome. I have only one complaint. Everything was awesome except one room and one stain. It seemed after the carpet dried there was a stain that I did not see there before. maybe the process brought it to the surface...anyway it wasn't there before the cleaning. all else was great. I had a 6x6 foot rug cleaned also (as an addition) and it cost me almost as much as 3 rooms. I thought that was a little steep.

I loved the courteous nature of the woman I spoke to when I requested an earlier appointment, to the call from Sam and Zerorez would be at my home within 30 minutes and then to have Joe Martin once again was terrific. He did a fabulous job on our carpets and my tile floor looks brand new after all the holiday traffic. I am a huge support of your services and tell everyone I can when an opportunity presents itself.

Service on site was great. The only issue we had was that we did not receive a confirmation of the time that service was going to arrive 24 to 48 hours before our appointment day.

Our technician, Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the process and left our carpets looking fantastic! Our carpet looks brand new! I would totally use this company again for carpet cleaning and I can't wait to try the other services they offer.

So far the stains that were in the carpet aren't re-appearing. This has happened many times, with the competition. I will recommend Zerorez to church members and friends.

Technican was very knowledgable and explained everything. No soap, so I didn't worry about my pup.

My rug stains did not come out as origionally promised. And i was told 60$ extra for pet stain removal when at the time of payment was 120$ and i was never told it would be double. The stains are still in my carpet. I believe the right thing to do on your end is refund me my 60$. This will determine if i use zerorez in the future and will recommend to friends and coworkers.

I think the two carpet cleaners -- Daniel (I think) and his assistant -- were very knowledgeable about how to clean my carpet and deal with a large dark stain (probably red wine) and a pet accident (dog urine). I am saving my money to replace my carpet with wooden floors so I want to make my older carpet look as good as possible until I can replace it.

They answered all my questions and were courteous.

The first trip out, the cleaning was not so great. The next guy did a lot of spot cleaning and i am pleased. Improve by doing a great job the first time.
