I thought the carpets looked really good after being cleaned. The only thing I would suggest is that you advise that there is a $10 fee for gas that is not included in the cost that is quoted. I had not idea this fee was being applied until I received the email. The phone rep didn't let me know.

The Tech did a great job as usual...

The final job was perfect. Very clean! However, the process of getting the workman there and their ability to communicate was frustrating. Wrong number, no call, rescheduled to late in the day, no offer of extra services (which I had requested when I made the appointment) - very frustrating. BUT - the final results was excellent.

I feel like my carpet is finally clean. The best ever.

I like that I do not SEE any of the spots returning, however, I did notice that AFTER my room was cleaned (it was mostly dog urine), that I have one of those blue lights that show the urine, and the urine is still visible with theight on it.

How clean my carpets come out. The technician was very nice and helpful. He worked on spots until they were clean. He was probably the best technician you've sent here.

I like the fact that you do not use soap and even though my carpet is 15 years old, it always looks clean and fresh.

Justin was the technician that came to my house. He went above and beyond to get the stains out. My carpet was cleaned previously by Zerorez in August 2013 and I was not pleased with the job that was done. Spots came back immediately.

The tech's have always been nice and on time. I like the carpet drying much faster than other companies I have used in the past. I felt like the carpet was clean!

Explain the pricing structure for pet stain removal. Specifically what each level of treatment involves, what results may be expected and the cost. Don't dance around with words and phrases. As a consumer, I should be given the facts so that I may make an informed decision as to what I'm willing and able to pay to get the results I want.

Many of the stains that I thought would come out during the "cleaning" did not do so when the carpet dried. I thought the carpets would be cleaner than they were, particularly given your advertisements. Perhaps coming back to try again to get the stains out would help my opinion of Zerorez and help you live up to your ads on the radio.

The service is exactly as advertised (terrific) but the technician was over-the-top fantastic!

We were able to get an appointment very quickly. My husband had tracked oily lubricant all over our carpeted stairs and into our bedroom. Yes, we had to pay extra, but you were able to remove all of the stains. It looks great! I was afraid that we were going to replace the carpet.

first off my name is not First name removed/Kindra... I sent in a email request for a written bid... and woman did call to say zerorez has a 3 room special but I instructed the woman that i needed someone to go out to a property (all the instructions were in the email request)and give a written bid. AS of yet I have not received anything. At this point don't bother because zerorez must not want the business.
