Cleaned great, no chemical smell.
Carpet looked very clean and there were no chemical smells. Jonas was very courteous, polite and through in explaining services. However, I was not told on the phone whe setting up the cleaning about a fuel. That was the surprising extra charge when I paid. Otherwise very satidied with service provided.
The technican explained everything he was going to do, was thorough and efficient.
I liked the man that you sent to do my leaning. I have had your service here before and they did not do a job that even compared to Ron Self. I felt that his service was the best.The next time I need service I will request Ron Self.
First of all, my carpet looks fantastic, and it was gross! I was not shocked about the price, extras were revealed on the phone call and I thought they were quite reasonable. The technician was very professional and careful about my things. I was extremely pleased and will use them again!
Make it clearer to what is being done and know what they are doing when they move furniture.

The original price quoted was not the price stated by the technician who arrived at the house. The first representative I spoke to was unfriendly and not at all helpful. Fortunately, the second person I contacted was VERY helpful and apologetic of the previous experience. The discrepancy in price was explained and corrected. The quality of the work was good. We will try Zerorez again in the future, but I reserve the right to say very likely to after the second chance.
My carpet almost looks new when it is completed and your service men are very helpful every time
End result was not as I anticipated, especially after radio advertisements from reputable people. Not all that clean and reappearing spots.

They came early which was a plus for me and they worked quickly and the Last name removed was what they quoted.
Technician was unable to make it to my home in the timeframe quoted so I wasted a whole day of sitting home and had to reschedule. I rescheduled and then they missed the timeframe again on the second try! If you know your technicians are running behind be courteous enough to call the customer to see if they would like to wait or reschedule!,
Your product was not able to remove some of the traffic stain in the house. It did remove doggie dander smell. The men who pulled the service call were wonderful. Thank you.
