My carpet always comes clean and looks the best it can when Z is finished. It dries pretty fast with the routine of the service.

I like how my carpets looked after they were done, but I do think that $4.00 to clean a stair is a little excessive. I will definitely use

I like that you use hot water instead of a lot of chemicals. Michael, who cleaned my carpets, was very friendly and answered all questions that I had.
Friendly, professional services. I had a a make good on a shower and tile cleaning in kitchen... The manager who redid it was excellent. His name was Tom Moody.
The machine that lifts the carpet fibers. Our technician, Joe Martin said that the company added this about a year ago. I notice the difference! Joe did a fine job cleaning our carpets.
I like how clean it gets my carpets without using soap. It also dries quickly.
Your technician was great. Not sure how different this was from other Carpet cleaning
companies. I was a bit disappointed on your advertisement of $89.00 special and then
add a $10 fuel charge upon making the appointment. Why wouldn't you just say it will cost $99.00? I would prefer knowing up front the cost, rather than finding out other fees
that will apply.

Cleaned thoroughly
I was very dissapointed in the cleaning of the high traffic area in my dining room. It does not look like it was cleaned at all. I was very pleased before when I had my carpets cleaned by zerorez but not this time. The place where the carpent meets the lineolum looks awful In some of the rooms they did a good job. On other rooms not good.
This is the 2nd time I have used your service and I am very happy with i.
Just for the record...I wasn't very impressed with the results of your services. After reading the invoice I see why. You really don't try to get pet stains up the first time...you want me to come back to you for the "guaranteed" service. I was never advised there WAS a guaranteed service or I wouldn't have paid the $180.00 for the "pet" treatment which was hardly left on the carpet long enough to do it's supposed job.
Actually...at the speed your technicians "cleaned" my carpet I'm surprised that any of the dirt was removed.
I had an appointment between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Your technicians arrived at 4:30 as expected...but while they were trying to clean my carpet they received NUMEROUS text messages asking when they would be leaving to go to the next appointment...hmmmmm....they were here for under an hour and I paid $302.01 for less than an hour's worth of time and "effort". And quite frankly, the floor was VERY damp when they left and I touched it and nearly all of the pet spots were still clearly visible and I'm not talking about the red pet spots...I'm very aware of the fact that any red stain is hard to remove. I have done a better job with my Pet Bissell...but it normally takes at least 8 hours to actually clean the carpet and pull up the water. I will do so in the future and will be doing so very soon. It is very time consuming, but I've never been disappointed with my results as I am with the "professional" results I experienced and paid for today.
I don't think I will ever have need of your services again and I definitely will not be recommending Zerorez to anyone.
Your technicians were very friendly and straight forward. I do not fault them...but the procedures they have been taught and the pressure they are under to finish as many jobs as possible for the cash.
The man (D.C.) who provided the service was very knowledgable, so good and polite. My carpet looks great. I surely will use your company again and if I do I would very much like to have D. C. provide the service.

I have heard the rave's about Zerorez on 1080 for months. Really I just figured it was just a lot of hype. I have had our carpet cleaned before from other companies. Its old. As old as the house. We have dogs and yes they have accidents. When Darwin showed up. He was right on the ball explaining EVERYTHING he was going to do and what it did and why it was going to get my carpet cleaner than it ever has been. Is the commercials a lot of hype? NO! My carpet looks...better than I thought it would by 100%. Also had the Sofa Cleaned. Looks like I just bought it. I would, will and already have reccomended Zerorez. The only negative, if you even want to call it that, that I would have is that They did such a good job, that now whatever odor is "left over" in the padding, is comming out. So I will probably need them to come out and find the hot spots and do their "Control Flood" to get it out and I will definately make sure its Darwin that makes it out again. So you can be sure I will spread the great work they did around Southwest Airlines where I work.
Haphazard cleaning...just cleaned around things, did not move anything, left spots that were noticable. Friendly and knowledgeable technician, but in a hurry. If running a special of 3 rooms for $89 or 4 rooms for $99, please include that it is not really the room being cleaned, just the part of the carpet showing.
Really liked the personalized service and the knowledge and professionalism of the worker who came to my house and performed the service.

(we sent this response to your Email address removed e-mail address this morning) We wanted to write and say how pleased we were with Daniel and Dewayne yesterday while they were here cleaning our carpets. Now, THAT'S customer service! If all your technicians are like them, your company should be doing very well. They were both very professional, friendly, and took great care in protecting our home from all the hoses/equipment winding through the house(by using the orange corner wall protectors), making sure the Heating/AC guys, who were ALSO here, didn't walk on the cleaned areas, without shoe covers, once the carpets were cleaned, and perhaps most importantly to our famiy, we have 4 inside cats-two of which are very social.(so they were out and about the whole time Daniel and Dewayne were here) They made sure to be careful with having to leave the door cracked, and used the detergent bottles I had to seal off the opening. They showed they cared about our home as if it were their own. Big thanks to them! We'll be requesting them the next time we call, for sure. Our carpets look great. We are first time customers, thanks to Sean Hannity and Mark Davis. We decided to try your company because we trust their judgement. Thank you for proving them right. Would you consider giving Daniel and Dewayne a raise? They deserve it. Others could take a lesson from them-be kind to the customer,converse with the customer,value their home,and do a great job! Tell them thanks again for us! I have referred my sister and brother-n-law, and you will be cleaning their carpets on Monday, in Frisco. We know they'll be pleased, as well.
