When I first called, I was told that I would get a call Friday 01-24-2014 to schedule a two hour window for the cleaning. No call then, but got a phone message over the weekend that you would be out Tuesday 01-28-2014 between 1:30 and 4:00 PM. The crew showed up before Noon without calling first. Fortunately, I was ready for them so no problem there.
However, this was our third or fourth time using you. This time it seems like the carpet is not as soft as before. It feels "crunchy" and the carpet fibers are not standing up like before.
Staff are professional and respectful. Used this company for several years. Like them not using harsh chemicals.

Had a few stains that resurfaced after the cleaning
Move light furniture and clean instead of cleaning around the light furniture. Also, my business partner was called three times and emailed instead of me despite the fact that each time zerorez was given the correct information.

My house smells clean and the carpets are spotless. Reagen, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable. He also had excellent customer service skills.
Do same as my neighbor's house "basic clean" but allow spots to be cleaned better w/o extra charge for 1st time customers. Also your name means no residue but your man started by putting something he called citrus which I guess is not a chemical. When you say $89 on KRLD for 3 rooms it should be $89 but I paid $159. Talk to you rep who came to my house.

Kyle Rogers was terrific!! He made it a point to explain every step of the process and did a very thorough job. My carpet looks new and I could not be happier!! This is the second time I used Zerorez and I will NEVER trust my carpet to any other company.
Love that there's no itchy burning sensation in my throat after a Zerorez cleaning like when it is done by other companies.

I am especially grateful for the honesty given from the rep upon his arrival. I knew our carpet was in bad shape from our pets, but hadn't considered that a cleaning wouldn't make a difference in the stains/odors. The rep explained very well how the initial cleaning would not pick up any deep stains and odors, and adding on the extra costs for deep cleaning, etc. would not guarantee that the carpets would remain clean as deep stains and odors may reappear. We decided to skip the cleaning this time and just replace our flooring eventually. I still would recommend Zerorez in a heartbeat, because years ago when I used them my carpets became clean (no pets in the house at that time) and stayed clean for a long time, and also because of their genuine honesty to their customers.
