Only because we had to have technicians over twice for our carpet cleaning - my only recommendation is to improve the technician's communication with the customer about recurrence of stains. Otherwise great job!

Timely and thorough

Need to let your customers know up front what the cost is going to be for cleaning the carpet. I listen to the radio and here your ads all the time. 3 rooms pre treated and sanitized for 89.99 . Well I got that price but I also was charged 45 extra dollars and did not know why. It was just added on my bill without an pre approval from me . I think that the tech was good but he should have told me about the charge before he started. I kinda feel like I was taken advantaged of by zerorez. It was like I got a fast one pulled on me.

Cleans good

It's amazing how clean you get the carpet and how you get stains out that never would come out. I've always had great guys come to clean the carpet. Very professional and helpful. They really try to make you satisfied with their service.

It's hard to say yet. We have only gotten the quote. The work has not yet been done. I will rate after I see the job completed.

Lack of chemicals left behind

I appreciate the products that you use, as it does not leave behind the soapy residue. The others, such as Rug Docter leave behind a film, that attracks continued dirt off of your shoes in traffic paths. Also, Daniel Jackson was very courteous, and attentive to some tough areas. He made sure that I was completely satisfied before presenting me with the final walk through paperwork.

Carpets are almost like new. Technician was polite and thorough.

This rating is based on my technician's services ONLY. Edwin in your Carrollton office that answers the phone is a complete jerk. Tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment, told me I couldn't book appointments online, and acted like he was doing me a favor to get a truck to my home 3 1/2 hours after my appointment time. He was rude and condescending and needs to stay far, far away from any of your customers. I will rethink my decision to use Zerorez if that is the only location available to service my home.

Technician an process was great!

the technian was very professional and the products used were great. We've had our carpet for two years and had never had it cleaned. It looks like it was just installed. Wonderful service and we'll certainly use Zerorez again.
