Tile was still not fixed even after a second technician came to my house. Was told it could not be fixed because the first tech ruined it by removing the top color. Was told Seth approved my refund but still have not heard anything from customer service even after calling 4 times and texting twice. I would like to be contacted and told when I might receive my refund for my tile cleaning. Was also told that the first technician over charged me by 100 extra feet of tile cleaning that I did not have.
Zero rez is a very professional company! My tech was amazing, very concerned about corners and putting down bumpers, and walked me through each room. No hard up sale...just nice honest tech.

Loved the communication, explanation of process, and friendliness of the person calling with arrival times to the actual technician himself. Edwin was fantastic. Answered all the questions and concern areas we had. Made recommendations. Was honest. Did a great job!
Service for 3 rooms was so quick, the stains came out of the floor.
Bobby was so professional, explained the process and how to care for wet carpet following cleaning. Arrived on time (actually earlier than window I was given) and ready.
Phone call was 15 minutes out and arrived 15 minutes early. This wouldn’t normally be a negative, but I really needed the extra 15 in the morning AND most service windows have the tech arriving at the end of the window. So-this was a case of OVER achieving!
I love that your carpet cleaning is accomplished primarily by using NO CHEMICALS!! We also really appreciated how knowledgeable & patient the technician was - John was awesome! He answered our questions & wanted to be sure that we understood the process. And most of all - our carpets are CLEAN!!
