The tile grout was ruined and made brown spots all through out the house. I sent pictures to the company.
My carpet looks fantastic, even the pet stains are gone! My technician was incredibly nice and thorough.
You don’t use chemicals that leave a residue. Your Tech(Wade) was efficient & friendly.
I was disappointed that the 2 stains in the master bedroom didn’t come out. When the tech was done it looked great but once it started to dry they were still there. The other rooms look good.

Zeroes has always taken care of us for years. It did not matter where we lived. They and the techs have always gone above and beyond to provide amazing service. Just wish I could get some sports tickets lol.

Service tech Mario was knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to add on additional service at the appointment. Carpets look SO much better. Will definitely use again in the future, and recommend to friends.
I am not sure the up-sell of my area rugs was worth it. They were not even damp when he left.
Carpet looked and smelled wonderful right after they left. Once carpet was dry urine smell was back along with some spots. Mostly dissatisfied with the smell returning.
They were on time and very professional. However, I couldn’t tell if the carpet was truly cleaned or not afterwards besides the fact that it was wet.

Our dog threw up on the thick carpet, several times. I cleaned it and used the wet vac on it. Looked clean, but smelled. ZeroRez came 4 days later. Afterward, the carpet looks lovely, just smells like a wet dog. I did not choose to purchase the special enzyme treatment, but guess I should have. $150. is a lot of money. Usually when you clean the carpets, they have a nice lemony smell afterward. I will call on Monday to schedule another cleaning with the enzyme treatment. Hopefully it will work.
Zerorez was referred to us by a friend/neighbor, and we definitely would recommend this company! Our technician, Bobby, arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant to work with. He got the carpets cleaned in the timeframe he mentioned, and they dried pretty quickly considering we had the full pet cleaning service performed; 6hrs. Definitely a “10” experience for us! And pricing was reasonable.
Bobby was so professional, explained the process and how to care for wet carpet following cleaning. Arrived on time (actually earlier than window I was given) and ready.
Phone call was 15 minutes out and arrived 15 minutes early. This wouldn’t normally be a negative, but I really needed the extra 15 in the morning AND most service windows have the tech arriving at the end of the window. So-this was a case of OVER achieving!
