The technician was AMAZING!!! He got my couches and ottoman (fabric) super clean, including removing a ton of old stains and grime. These were ivory colored couches/ottoman. He was also extremely professional and easy to work with. Far exceeded my expectations! Thank you SO much.
We were disappointed on the outcome. We used you all before several years ago, and the results were outstanding. We were up-sales, which was fine. But the outcome was no different than what we originally started out with. The gentleman who treated our carpets was really nice and professional .But he was In and out fast. We paid $332.33
I understand that our carpet is old and never going to be like new, but last time the technician took the time to get the dog stains out, including using an iron, which we have never seen before, and the stains were completely gone. This time they are all very visible.

The fact that after cleaning the carpet and drying process is incredibly key. I thought to myself no way this can come clean, I was amazed with the outcome, 100% clean no heavy chemical smells, didn't leave the carpet setting in water! Clean and dry...PERFECTION!

Carpet Cleaning
Brian was the best technician we have had. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The tech was very prompt and polite. My Smith Brothers sofa is cleaning code S, which means no water, only solvent cleaning. I expressed this both when I made the appointment, and when the tech arrived. The tech said they always use water. I expressed concern about that, and he said he has solvent and could use solvent if I preferred. I said yes that would be great, wondering why he didn't say that in the first place. I think that was a miscommunication. I assumed that meant no water, but I think maybe he just added solvent to the water. Whether that was the case or not, the areas that I needed cleaned, the headrest and armrest, are still dark and shadowed, no better than before they were cleaned. But worse is that my sofa, which is very structured and tight, now has wrinkles in the fabric for the first time. It looked almost new before cleaning, now it looks old and tired.
The person came to clean left water all over the house without drying. I had to dry hardwood. He just cleaned the carpet and left his mess for me to cleanup.
Several spots missed, technician was pushing the form to waive his right, he said he would do the hall and the gameroom. Soaking wet spots in the carpet. Then charged me for it, I asked for the gameroom. Overall I will go with Stanley steemer. They clean way better!
I want to let you know what an amazing job Fabian did. He was friendly, professional, very tidy and fast but did a very thorough job. I will definitely ask for him again. I understand you have upgraded your equipment. My carpets look great. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and would highly recommend the company. I have been extremely happy both times.
You keep your word - you showed up when you said you would and the service was professional as described. My carpets looked great and the tech really listened as I explained some of my problem areas.
