I like the fact that you don't saturate the carpet with shampoo. I like the variety of services you offer. Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning.

The floor was soaking wet when the tech left. It took 12-15 hours to dry. Could not move any of the furniture back because of the excess water.

The technician was on time and very informative, options were discussed, problems were found and I am a very happy customer. I will certainly use them again and tell my friends how pleased I was.

Great Service and Impressive Results

The technician was amazing and very thourough. We went over the areas I wanted a little extra attention on and followed my instructions and went so far as to making sure I was satisfied prior to moving on to another section. I failed to catch his name but, he was at my establishment at 10pm on Wednesday night the 8th. He was a rockstar and I know at times it is hard to find someone that takes such great pride in the work they do and as a GM myself, I can assure you he represents your brand very well. I also want to thank you for getting me on your schedule so quickly.

The process only takes about an hour.

I paid $500 for certain areas of my room to be cleaned and it seemed like the dirt wasn’t lifted. Maybe the technician rushed and didn’t take his time to clean thoroughly. I’m disappointed that my carpet doesn’t look better.

I had both the duct cleaning service and the floor and carpet cleaning services done at my property. The Technicians were both very professional and did a thorough job. This company is not the cheapest but they do stand behind their work and it shows!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
