I think zerorez is a great company, concept with a great service. I do think they should let the service speak for itself and not talk down on other services and products.

Joshua was extremely helpful in explaining everything he was going to do and suggestions on my carpet.
I will call Zerorez back and hopefully can request Joshua to come out to my home again.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technicians are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They do an excellent job and often explain what it is that they are doing. I like that no chemicals are used and that the time for the carpet to dry is about 2 hours. I have used Zerorez for about 4-5 years, now, and do not wish to have my carpets cleaned by any other company.
