I love how friendly and helpful the tech ' s were
The carpets are very clean. They feel good and do not feel like there is any type of residue.

the people who come out are very professional..I am met and asked fro Luke Henexson on several occasions as he does such a great job!! The carpets come out great.This time he did my tile floors as well and they look great!!
Rugs looked very good. Technician, Daniel Jackson, was very polite, efficient, and professional.Tom Moody came back for several spots that we missed during the final walk through and did an excellent job. He, too, was very polite, efficient and professional. We definitely will use Zerorez again for our carpet cleaning, and because of Tom Moody, will also have our tile floors cleaned on our next carpet cleaning service.

No called me back to follow up with an invoice issue
After I received services. There was cash given to technician that
Didn't show up on invoice. The person said she would call me back.
That was 2 days ago. It's Friday so I guess I m not getting a call back
Carpet has never been cleaned as well. Cleans under furniture
After vacuuming several times, even with a new vacuum bag . . . we still have "streaks" that will eventually go away, but it would be nice if we didn't have to wait. We would have been embarrassed, if we had visitors come over, with all the "streaks". The carpet is now very clean, we just wish it could have been "raked" while the carpet was still damp. Yes, we will probably use ZEROREZ again . . . in the meantime, is there a rake available, kindly like the ones used several years ago on "shag carpets" ???
I liked the person who came to do the work. He was prompt, clean, pleasant, hard working and knew what he was doing. I am very pleased with how our carpets look and feel now.
The safety of the product itself is the first drawing point, but your representatives are the best. They are courteous and pleasant. They do a very thorough job and they promote your company. Many times you may get a service person that doesn't really care about they product/service they are providing-- but not your service people. This is the 3rd time we have used you all and it won't be our last.

I love how quickly the carpet dries. I appreciate how it doesn't smell like chemicals. I also love the way the carpet looks and feels after the cleaning.
Promptness & ease of doing business.
Be reasonable with the upselling of services. Paid almost the same price to do a corridor as I did for three areas in my house. Does not make sense. I should have scheduled another appontment and done three other areas for the same price (one being the corridor and two other rooms!)
The additional cost of the hallway was not discussed before proceeding to start the cleaning. I was not made aware until it was time to pay. 2 of the rooms were so small and had beds in them so honestly, they could have been counted as one room altogether. Also, the length of the hallway was overestimated. We were charged for 25 linear feet and it is 20 feet at the most. Regan, the technician was friendly and helpful but it would have been good to go over charges before the work was done.
Cody came out to clean our travertine floors, and he did a very Professional job. I am still waiting for the products to be delivered.
The urine neutralizer pet treatment. It really worked on the odor.

Failed to show up. Re-scheduled. Arrived late. Didn't do great job on the carpet. House smells like wet carpet, not fresh and clean. Charged me way more than quoted price. So no, I would not recommend.
