No soapy residue on the carpet to attract dirt. Almost all of the heavy stains were removed completely. The only one left was an old red KoolAid stain that I did not know was under the coffee table, until we moved the table.

I really liked the carpet scrubber that brought the nap back to original condition.
I also really liked that there were no chemicals used and that the carpet looked great!
No chemicals and the steam was able to get the spots out of carpet.
There was one very small area that was a little soiled where my dog lays at night by my bed. The technician missed that one area for some reason. I know it would have come up because all other areas did. That is my only complaint. All other areas came clean and looked good. Thanks.
On time, friendly, cleaned carpet well
The guy got there late. He did not have any shoes covers and he gave me a rush job he did do all of my in the den that cost me a extra $45.00 and I never got mt $100 gift certificate to the Diamond doctor. #Not happy
The tech that visited the last two times, Randy, was very pleasant and worked diligently and quickly while being very professional. I noticed a big difference in the look and feel of the carpets he treated. The brush treatment prior to the steaming made a big differnce, which I don't think had been used before. I would definitely recommend zerorez to friends and would request Randy return the next time I need them cleaned.

The carpet cleaning service was excellent. I also requested that two chairs be cleaned which turned out to be less than satisfactory. Admittedly both chairs were extremely dirty and the service technician, Reagan, tried his best to clean one of them, the zerorez process failed so I declined service for the second chair. Not to be insulting but I was able to satisfactorily clean both chairs using my home carpet cleaning machine.

Seem to get the carpets clean and doesn't appear to leave any residue behind that aids in the soiling of the carpets that much faster.
Max, your tech, help clean several very troubled areas. Everything is a lot cleaner in my high traffic areas. I was skeptical at first but I am glad I finally got it done. If your product says what it does than I am so thankful for Zerorez.

The technician was professional and friendly. He told me what the rates were upfront and offered many upgrades if I wanted them. The carpets came out perfect. They are soft and dried fast. I love that they don't use chemicals and it is green for my kids and animals.
