man was so kind and did exactly what I asked. My problem is I mentioned Jody Dean from Kluv but I had to ask about the gift cert to the jewelry store like they say on kluv so will tell them I did not get as they state in the advertisement Jodi gives on the radio. I requested it but still have not gotten???? Your service is great but your promise for the certificate is a lie from what I can tell.

The technican Ron, who came out to our house was great! He explained everything in great detail about the products he was using, how they worked, etc.. We had some really bad pet stains that I thought for sure wouldn't come out.. But two days later; our carpets look BRAND NEW!! You guys are awesome!

Carpet was only a year old with normal traffic dirt. It wasn't blood or rust or serious staining. From the commercial on kluv we had expected cleaner results. The technician was Super nice and the only reason I rated the service as highly as I did...but he did arrive 40 minutes later than we had been scheduled. I also did not receive the Fullers gift certificate.
The shampooing that you did in my house did not completely eliminate the pet stains. They appeared to be gone after shampooing, but reappeared a week later. Also, shampooing the stairs wasn't complete either. There is dark traffic line at the front of each tread. However, the area rug that you cleaned in your factory looks great. I would recommend that cleaning.
No soap residue left in my carpet. Did a great job.
John, the service tech, was extremely professional, helpful, knew exactly what we needed and didn't try to sell a bunch of stuff to us, respectful and courteous. Zerorez should be very grateful and proud to have a tech of his quality representing your company.
Your technician removed stains the last cleaner I hired was not able to remove. He arrived when they said he would. He was very courteous and effecient.
My carpet doesn't look the same it's matted I would like for zero rez to come and fix it.
Zerorez was ontime. I received a phone call prior to arrival. The gentleman who came to my home was polite, took his job seriously, and was personable. He'd be welcome back and I would use Zerorez again. I'm moving, which was the purpose of having the carpets cleaned. I'll reach out again when I get to my new home and will add the scotch guard like treatment.
The only thing that I'm disappointed with is that there's a couple of missed spots in one of the rooms. It was a challenging carpet to clean so I'm not going to complain.
I also ordered the spot cleaner and haven't yet received that... Hoping it comes soon because I already need to use it.
Again, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and personability of the gentleman who tended to my carpets.

I had called with Mark Davis radio offer of $79 for 3 rooms + $100 Fuller gift certificate. I also needed one extra bedroom room with a quote of $45. When Miquel arrived, and I advised him of urine accidents in master bedroom, he wanted to charge $60 per room extra. I declined. Your website advertises "no surprise added costs". After he finished, he told me he did extra service in bedroom free. When time to pay, he said it was $89 +$45 for extra room. When I told him of the offer, he didn't believe me, then said there was a $10 gasoline charge for leaving the truck running during cleaning. He finally called office to clarify. Funny thing is he first gave me quote of $134 total cost and then changed it to $145.05. My fault for not checking out the receipt before he left, but when you don't receive a paper receipt and have to go to your emails, I guess it gives room for cheating. I was very happy first time I used your service, but this time, I felt I was lied to, and taken advantage of with a sick husband at home. I have no idea if he really sanitized mstr bedroom. I don't know how you can make it better. I thought I had found a company that I could trust, but I guess not!! Name removed
This was the third time I have had Zerorez clean my carpets. The first two times I paid 99.00 for three rooms which included my master closet, a small hall between rooms, and 3 throw rugs made out of my carpet. No extra charge. This time he asked me what I wanted cleaned and I told him all of the above. The technician never said that there would be an extra charge for these items. When I received the invoice ( emailed to me that afternoon), I was charged 105 extra dollars for these items over and above the cost of the three rooms. I called to inquire about this and the customer service rep said it was because I only paid 79 for the three rooms therefore they had to charge extra. He said that the reason that they didn't charge me before is because I had paid 99.00. I said that was totally unfair because what I had paid an extra 20.00 for before was now costing me 105.00. I said that it was also unfair because I was not told up front that I would be charged extra for these items especially since I had not been charged for them in the past. The customer service rep was very argumentative and totally unwilling to do anything. He told me that he would contact the technician to see if it was true that he didn't tell me up front about the extra charges (in other words to see if I was making this up). He said he would get back to me that afternoon. As I expected, I didn't hear from him.
Very underwhelmed by the experience. I do not feel that adequate measures were taken to see if my rug could be cleaned without sending it for a factory submersion clean.
My carpets look worse than they did before Zerorez touched them. There are streaks in the carpet from what appears to be dirt pulled to the surface, but not completely removed. Although the technician was very nice, he rushed through the entire process and left soil marks virtually untouched. As a matter of fact, a spot created by a small amount of hot cocoa still smells of hot cocoa. My living room carpet, with the new dirt streaks, looks filthy!! The carpet is now black. The edges and front of each step on my staircase were not even touched, as I watched him skim over only the tops of each step nearly as fast as he flew over my floors. I was told there would be a 4-6 hour dry time. 24 hours later, I was still stepping in excessively wet spots which meant I was still unable to move my furniture back in place, leaving my home nearly unlivable. That's unacceptable with three kids, a dog, and a home based business. With a $600 investment, I would have expected some time and attention to detail. Even with a $100 investment I would have expected my home to be left in the same or better condition than before Zerorez's arrival. I find it completely unacceptable that customer service is unwilling to attend to this issue for another 7 days. Services were rendered on 3/13/14 but a customer service manager is unable to address the issue until 3/21/14. Again, with a $600 investment I would expect a solution in a much more timely manner.
This issue can be resolved in the following manner:
1. Have someone here to re-clean my carpets by Tuesday, 3/18/14.
2. Immediately provide me with a full refund for the damage, inconvenience, and inability to live or work from my home for 18-20 more hours than expected.
Service was quick, efficient and the rugs came out great.
Yall definitely have the best product out there for cleaning carpets! I would not call any other company. Fabian was excellent!!!
No chemicals are used
They arrived on time, asked what I wanted done, explained what they were going to do and how they would do it. They did a very thorough job and were extremely careful of my house, putting blocks on all corners and around furniture legs.
He got here earlier than expected, was helpful and courteous ,did his job and left without any elaborate, un-needed explanation. He didn't get all the spots out but we got what we paid for.
My window was 11 AM to 1:30 PM you showed up at 2:35 PM over an hour late
And when I called in at 2:07 PM the Afro-American gentleman that answer the phone trying to cancel my appointment because I was mad
