Joseph! Very professional and knowledgable.
The house stunk for a few days because of the dirty water in the truck mount. I had the tech park outside my back door so the hoses wouldn't scratch my hand scraped wood floors and did not expect the horrid smell.
I appreciated the last minute appointment. We closed on a house and needed the carpets cleaned before the movers came and Zerorez was able to set an appointment up for the very next day. The staff was friendly and professional and called to let us know they were on their way. Carpets look great although the house was totally empty there was one dresser in one of the rooms that I don't think they moved to clean under. Price was a bit more than the other companies I called but I'm hoping the cleaning lives up to the claim - it will stay clean longer. Over all I am satisified.

Products appear safe for people and pets. Services are reasonably priced.
There was no mention of a fuel charge when I booked the appointment. It seemed to be a way of raising the price on what was an advertised special.

no residue- this survey does not ask for my recent service satisfaction, but I will say my carpet did not smell as clean as the last service I had. I have pet issues, and the first time the carpet was completely clean smelling. this time the upstairs carpet was not completely without pet smells. a field tech is coming out next week to inspect. Thank you.

I like that water is used rather than some mixture that would leave residue. And the pricing is fair. WE will continue to use Zerorez.
Your tech Keith was very nice and efficient. He called ahead of the appointment as described. Very complete in his work.
Improve on the appointed time as communicated to the client would be great. Client's time is valuable, using text when available and notifying clients approx. arrival time would be appreciated, and it would save Zerorez time as well.
I was very impressed to see just how much dirt and soap from previous carpet cleaners came out of my carpets. I was also impressed by the fact that my carpets were not very wet at all and my carpets look like brand new and even feel better. I have told many of my friends that I recommend Zerorez to them to use.
It has been 4 weeks tomorrow since I had two rooms of carpet cleaned. I never really thought the den carpet looked tremendously
better after cleaning. The bedroom looked good but the traffic pattern is already back. I had the carpet protecter added to my d en
carpet since it is only 5 years old. If I look at it now, I don't even feel I had it cleaned. The bedroom carpet is much older and I know the traffic areas will return, but I didn't think this
soon. I noticed all of this at least two weeks ago, but have had family illnesses that have prevented me from getting back to this sooner.
I would like someone to come back and check it out .

The products Gerard (the tech) used were perfectly explained to me --- making the process safe & it totally worked ..........Amazing how wonderful our carpets look -- my husband was so pleased & was thrilled I chose Zerorez...... I have already told my friends - plus I will continue to use them 100%..........

You sent me an email telling me I was a valued customer, and that I would get $10 off my next cleaning. So, I called to schedule and told the service scheduler about the email. Then she asked if I had used your service before. I paused a minute before mentioning that I had just told her about that $10 off email. So, then, my husband gave your technician the email I had printed and he gave us $10 off. Your invoice was emailed next telling me that I owed you . . . . $10.00. Sloppy.

I received an estimate of $199 plus tax to clean a whole house - 6 rooms. When the technician gave me the bill, it was for $298. He said that the estimate did not include the hall ways and walk-in closet. When I called for an estimate, I told the person it was a whole house - 4 bedrooms, living room, dining room. She did not ask about hallways. What a shock to receive a bill for $100 more.
The technician did a really good job.
