James was friendly and did his job quickly...we are very pleased

James Greenwood was very professional, stopped his machine to answer every question, and was knowledgeable about the different carpet types he found in our house. There were blood stains on the carpet in one room which he was able to remove, without a trace left behind. I will recommend Zerorez, and James, whenever the opportunity presents itself.

The technician got out stains I thought were permanent, and, even though our carpet is over 20 years old, it looks clean and he was even able to raise the nap in high traffic areas. I am always amazed that Zerorez is able to get my carpet so clean! I would not call any other carpet cleaning company. I have recommended Zerorez to all my friends and family.
When Miguel arrived I told him what I wanted and that Brad my scheduler had already given me a quote of $178.61. He said ,they didn't tell you that the price given by the scheduler is different from the one he might give"? He said that if I did decide for sure to not have the pet deoderizer I would have to sign a form. I said that wAs fine but I had already told Brad that I didn't want it. Before he left I noticed some lipstick stains in the bathroom that were still there and he said "oh, I would have had to use a solvent ". I just feel like the communication between the scheduler and the service person should have been better. Thanks
First let me say, Cody did a great job, rooms looked really good. In the future I will always request him. Add some type of carpet fresher.

No chemicals. Dries fast. Techs are always great!
Very little leftover moisture - it dried in a couple of hours.
Also, the technician warned me about spots that he thought might come through…and they haven't:)
My rug was still left with about 10 stubborn spots.

My rug was gone for over a month. My CC was charged at pickup, not delivery.
It took 4 calls over several weeks to locate someone who could determine the status of the rug and schedule delivery.
I'll recommend you for carpeting. But never for take away items.
