friendly, professional
Affordable, good deals, high quality work
The company called me frequently to (a) confirm my appointment (b) to confirm the time the technician would arrive. The technician called me to let me know he would arrive within thirty minutes. He was very competent, explaining what would be done, asking good questions concerning the condition of the carpet, and did his job efficiently and quietly. He gave good advice when the job was done (i.e., recommending turning on the air conditioning to help with the drying process. My carpet looked fabulous when the job was done! Thank you very much.
Ron was so very nice to deal with. He accommodated us in every way he could. He did a wonderful job on my "old" carpet. I will most certainly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

The workers are clean, neat, friendly and extremely interested in cleaning your floors to the most possible limits. I had one problem with mine originally, but the office staff was concerned and sent out someone who did exactly what was necessary to make the carpet look as much like new as I had hoped for, despite its' age. Regan and Thomas were both very nice people and I am satisfied with everything they did.
Friendly technicians who are very knowledgable and respectful.
On my previous cleaning, Cody did a great job. Yesterday Jaime did a good job. Not as much improvement in appearance; however may not have been quite as soiled. Had a problem with male who answered phone with questions, but spoke to supervisor and am hoping rudeness to the customer was addressed.
Your willingness to relook at my floors without any issue for me. Thank you for wanting to make sure that I was pleased with the work. Also the technician, Keith, was very friendly, knowledgable and concerned about my happiness with the job he did. I liked that.

No chemicals
The technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He was able to remove all the carpet stains. I liked the fact that no soaps or chemicals were used, yet my carpet looked great after he was finished.
Work done shotily and over charged for work
I liked the serviceman,he listened to my concerns and took the time and care to meet them. He showed me how the steam worked, and so far am very pleased. have already had a neighbor ask if I was pleased and I told her very much so. Dwayne was kind and considerate and I appreciate that. The only negative was that the van had an oil leak on the drive way.

I liked the service, especially the free "do-over" if necessary, but the first time they did our carpets it was wet for almost 24 hours. Additionally, even though we did need to utilize the free 'do-over' and had the pet odor treatment, it still did not get rid of the odor.
Ron was awesome. Very professional and friendly. Would recommend to others.

We are dissatisfied with Zerorez's carpet cleaning services. The carpets look just as dirty as before the treatment. We were expecting to see a difference but didn't notice an improvement. We feel service rendered were not worth the cost. This is the last time we do business with Zerorez. My wife and I are disappointed with the work done and will be sure to express this to all our neighbors, friends, and family members.
I was unable to schedule the appointment early in the day. My day was free except for the only time they could come. I had made arrangements to remove my dog while they worked. I was able to rearrange things, but I found the scheduler to be inflexible withou alternative suggestions.
Fast, good results
All personal were courteous and friendly. Arrived on time and did an excellent job. My carpet was dirty and had pet stains. After Zerotez it looks almost as good as new.
