I liked that there were minimal to chemicals. I have small kids, one of whom is crawling and chews on everything, so not having chemicals on my carpet was important.

We recently had our carpets cleaned and protected by Zerorez. An unfortunate coffee spill resulted in a stain that we could not blot up as simply as we were led to believe. After calling the Dallas office, the manager agreed to come out and remove the stains at no charge. My experience is that the mark of a good company is how they respond to concerns voiced by their clients. Your company went above and beyond. We will continue to utilize your service and recommend it to our neighbors. Thanks for your professionalism and customer service.

I have white carpets and they leave them clean and soft! Plus I received a free cleaning of my bathroom tile. It looks like new, so I know I will have to add this service next. Very friendly service.

This time on the phone I was only ordering a Spot Cleaning Kit- The gentleman who answered the call was somewhat confused or appeared to be. hAfter he checked the availability, then I was connected to another person who actually took my order the process was LONG and somewhat painful- not at all what I typically experience.

my service was ok, but the first service I had with Zerorez was better.

The product dried quickly, and got rid of 99.5% of all of the stains on our carpets. Move, who came out to clean our carpets, was very friendly and respectful. He did not try to oversell any of the products or make us feel obligated or pressured to buy anything else. This is something we had seen in many carpet cleaners in the past. We will definitely recommend the services and Lucas specifically for any further cleanings.

On time asked to come over earlier perfect. Professional in every way. Took time to listen to me and answered all of my questions. Have not received the final report yet still waiting for it.

I recd a call saying they would arrive at 8:30am, at 9:00 they called said it would be 30 min, and they arrived 45 min later. Due to having to leave the house by 10, i asked the gentleman to do only the one room, because i really needed to go. No choice, had to babysit my grandson, so daughter could go to work, in an emergency..If they came at 8:30 there would have been no problem leaving by around 10. I would like to get a call to reset another appointment to get all 4 rooms done. Thank you, oh and there is still stains visible in the one room that was done. Your employees are neat and clean, well-mannered, and do their job the very best they can. I had one minor problem with the initial service, and when I called the office about it, another person was sent the very next day and he corrected the problem perfectly! With a cheerful and upbeat attitude, I might add, and that's very important to me. My carpet looks brand new now. Thank you so much!!

The technicians were very professional and nice.

This was a totally different experience than when I used your company the first time. The first time I had a gentleman who was very thorough and spent almost 3 hours at my house. My carpets looked & smelled fantastic and he explained along the way everything he was doing. He seemed like he was proud to work for ZeroRez & honestly, he truly impressed me as an employee with exceptional customer service.

This time was much different. Three men showed up at my house but only two came in. One guy did all the talking and the other guy looked like he was just watching (learning as a new-hire?)...they were at my home less than an hour! When e man came out to talk to me, I thought he was going to move to a different area, but instead said they were done? He said my carpets were in great shape and didn't need pad replacement or anything, which I was preparing to do in one room; however, he said ZeroRez refrains from offering it as much as possible.

I'm glad I received this email requesting feedback because I regretted not calling a few days later and figured it was probably too late...unfortunately, I plan to seek carpet services elsewhere in the near future...

Luke, the person that did the carpet cleaning was very knowledgeable and he explained everything that he would be doing and the products he was using.
