The service was great but, I wasn't that impressed with the outcome. I still ended up cleaning spots the next day.

Didn't call or come at slotted time on a Fri. Waited from 3p-6:30p when I had to call and reschedule for next day. Then similar situation but he did show up shortly before ending time period. It took 2 days and 7+ hours of my time waiting. Then sales pitches took additional time before he got started.
Tracy did a great job and he was very heplful and polite. And the carpet lloks great for being 8 years old and 3 grand kids. sincerely, Brian de Coverley

Typically when I have someone clean the floors, they vacuum with a regular vacuum first before they clean. This guy was in and out of here in about an hour. I still have the one and only stain I asked to be cleaned.

The products did a great job removing spots. Cesar was very professional. He explained the process Zerorez uses. I am very happy with the cleaning, and especially the way pet stains were removed. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thanks you.
James Greenwood was wonderful. We are going to request hime from now on. He paid such attention to detail. We have an elderly dog that has been having lots of accidents and James suggested the flash procedure. Our carpets look fabulous!
The finished carpet clean + stretch looks great! But not all of my expectations were met. On the first visit there was no confirmation call so I had to leave work early and then wait about three hours for the carpet man to come clean. He did a great job with the clean but overcharged me by one room. He also told me we could do carpet stretch but then cleaned before it, then told me we would have to do carpet stretch another day because now the carpet was wet. On the return visit later in the week, the carpet stretch team gave me a call 10 minutes (!) from the house, so again I had to leave work early (this time without proper time to notify my manager).
I have had to call multiple times to get basic things like confirmation of scheduled appointment, receipts for the work performed. However overall, I felt the price of work was fair and the quality/method of the carpet clean was very good, so I have already recommended zerorez to my next door neighbors. :) If the logistics could be better coordinated I think this service would be A+, for now I give it B+
My wife is asthmatic so your product is by far the best for us. The technician was excellent!
My carpet stays clean longer. I didnt get any high pressure sales for add on's. I was also surprised when there was no tip accepted. The price was the price. I hope you all pay your associates accordingly because he did a great job.

Your technician was very patient in explaining/demonstrating your process. We are pleased with the outcome.
When I placed the order with customer service over the phone, I mentioned which coupons I had to use. The service tech gets to my home and says there was a misunderstanding about the coupon. I state to him that the coupon does not state "purchase pet treatment of 3 rooms get 4th room treated free". "It states get free odor pet treatment in 1 room with the purchase of 3 rooms". He goes over the coupon and says he will do what the work order says(apply pet odor treatment). Next day the pet odor still exist. I notify Zerorez and they send a different tech out. Upon his examination of odored areas, he says areas were not treated and stains still exist via special lighting. It appears the first tech failed to provide accurate true service as confirmed by second tech. Very dishonest!!!
I love they do not TRY to sell you something. I love that the products are "green" friendly. I have loved the professional way the men cleaning my rugs act. I love that I feel like the floors are really clean after they leave. Peggy Jones
