Product really worked. Service was first rate.
I really enjoyed the team that cleaned my carpet, they were wonderful. However, I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get my air conditioner filter and my spot treatment kit that I ordered. The filter came but was the wrong size. When I call your office, no one seems to know how to expedite either thing. I was told a manager would call me back and no one ever called.
I have not had any service provided yet, but I was impressed with Anthony, the tech that was sent out to take a look at the pet stain problem. He explained the basis of the treatment and probable results of treatment. He was very thorough in his examination of the problem and was very polite and helpful. If I decide to move forward with the pet treatment I will call Zerorez to do it.
While I'm sure the service you quoted me would have been excellent, I am not prepared to spend that much money to clean my rugs.

I've used you guys before and I have to admit my initial cleaning was just ok. I was hesitant to call you guys again but I believe on second chances and you had the better priced deal. I was so impressed this time around. I could not stop raving about the gentleman that cleaned my carpets. He was very thorough but efficient. To this day my carpet looks great. Thanks
Only one day out but hoping for no residue. The gentleman who came to house was very polite and professional. My kids said the rooms cleaned smelled like new Carpet. I did not like how bad the outside hose attached to the faucet leaked throughout the whole cleaning. Too much wasted water!!

The first cleaning left grooves in the carpeting. The second team sprayed and raked the carpet and then told me to vacuum. It looks better, but I wasn't impressed or happy, to have to have to do all the preparation again just to be left with more work to do. I was very disappointed that they didn't offer to completely correct and complete the problem.

The tech was very knowledgeable about the services and polite. He was up front and informed me of everything. He was able to get out the pet stains. One room still has an odor, but I think it's just teenage boy smell.
Everything from scheduling appointment and email confirmation to call ahead. I like the email receipt and how the gift certificate(promo from 103.7 radio) was easily redeemable through the receipt. Very good system/process you have. My carpet looks great too! Cezar did a great job, thank you zerorez!
Very Good , In and out in great time
I had my tiles cleaned, and the grout is a light beige color. Unfortunately, there are still dark smudged areas in the grout where the dirt wasn't removed. The technician said there wasn't much he could do because of the porous nature of grout. I was led to believe your system could restore the grout, but this wasn't the result I experienced.
Service was good and the technician explained everything completely.
Your service is great. I like how you show what is going on with the carpet. We have had a couple puppies staying with us. Service man asked what we used to clean messes made by the puppies. He told us why we shouldn't use what we used and advised what we should use.

Environmentally friendly cleaning process that left minimum smell/odor in the rug and room. In addition, the fast drying of the carpet after the cleaning was done. With other cleaning services the carpet was wet well into the next day. With Zerorez the carpets were dry in less than 4 hours.
Did a great job on cleaning my area rug. Just wish it was not so expensive. Basically $120 for less than 10 minutes of work.

When you sell a pet odor treatment block it should work for $60 for one room. Ours did not.
