Your worker did an excellent job
the representative was clean cut extremely polite and Did an awesome job, our carpet look like crap before he got here and now it looks awesome thank you very much...oh... and my daughter would like contact information our service rep Mitchell...I guess she really likes the carpet, well she is a blonde.
My carpets are clean. My house smells fresh and the technician was right on time!
This appointment was a follow up to my first one, and both the young man on the phone and the technician were very friendly and helpful. As a result of two excellent appointments, I am committed to using Zerorez for all of my future household cleaning needs.
None of the in-room closet carpet hasn't been cleaned. Would like to get my money back.
Products left my carpet clean and seralized and smelling like new. The tech that came out ( tracy) was GREAT! Very professional, personable, and quick. I will most definitely be a returning customer.
Serviceman was misleading in his up sells, and when I expressed my concern, I got a follow up visit with the supervisor/manager/whatever, but he was more interested in educating me on the difference between a stain and a discoloration than he was on listening and making things right. Too many other reputable carpet cleaning companies around to put up with that.
Thomas did a great job and was very knowledgeable about carpets and did his best to clean my carpets to whete I saw a sgnificant difference even in old worn carpets, also haviing our carpets actually smell fresh and clean even putting my nose into the carpets with no oder at all was incredible
The technician was accommodating when I had to change my order, he was friendly and did a nice job of cleaning my carpets.
It got really bad spots out
The carpets are deep cleaned! My carpets are the cleanest they've been since they were installed!

Joshua was such a nice guy! His professional demeanor made me feel very comfortable with him being in my home. They took great care of all of my things. You guys even got out stains that previous carpet cleaning companies have up on! The service was quick and painless!
No response to estimate request. A rep came out, talked to me about what could be done. I was supposed to receive an e-mail showing what would be done and how much it would cost. This was 4 days ago.

We have had Zerorez several times and have been very please with the work. This time we had Darwin clean the tile in our kitchen, entry and both bathrooms. The kitchen and entry cleaned beautifully; however, the two bathrooms have a small area in each that did not bleach out like the rest of the tile. Please send Darwin back to redo these small areas. Thank you so much.

I've had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets twice now and each time the techs have been equal to none!!! Anthony was very professional and knowledgable about what needed to be done to get my carpets clean!!! I will never go with anyone else but Zerorez for that reason alone!
It got everything cleaner than I hoped for
had a terrible mildew stain right by the back door. Your guys cleaned it up. I thoroughly dried it this time (previously had not dried it enough on a prior cleaning). It's been several days now, and not a sign of it creeping back.
