THE SERVICE TECHNITION WAS OUTSTANDING-VERY PROFESSIONAL-VERY NEAT & VERY MATICILOUS-EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING--PRETREATED ALL AREAS-DID NOT RUSH THRU THE HOUSE AND AS A RESULT THE CARPETS LOOK GREAT-IT HAS BEEN YEARS SINCE WE HAVE SEEN THEIR ORIGINAL COLOR-MY ONLY COMPLAINT & IT MAY HAVE BEEN DUE TO THE WEATHER IS THAT IT TOOK ALMOST 8 HOURS FOR THE CARPET TO COMPLETELY DRY

A lot quicker than Dalworth! Awesome results! After 3 years of my 2 children spilling drinks, food and vomiting on our carpets, it looks new again! I can't even tell where the stains were! I saw them day after day and now... Nothing! I'm still in disbelief that my carpets look this good!

There are still some high traffic areas that are not as clean as I'd expect. I also need the places in the hall where the water leaked from the water heater. Those need some special treatment.

Products - I have confidence in your products and think they are very safe for my family and pets. I also like that they do not leave a strong, over-powering odor, as I expect with toxic chemicals.
Services - beyond exceptional. The customer service provided on the phone was fantastic. The technician that visited my home was extremely professional, well-versed in the chemical process and gave a thorough analysis on my carpets. I never feel like I'm being sold additional services for commission. If it's needed, they let me know but if it's not needed, they will tell you as well. I don't worry about being taken advantage of. I trust the services and competency of Zerorez 110%!

Carpets really look clean…..some spots completely disappeared……service technician very good, very competent. Small problem…it took almost 12 hours to completely dry..wall across still left footprints…….all in all, I'm glad I left my old carpet cleaners and have started using ZEROREZ (this is second time)….and, will stay with you…..I gave Joseph my small oriental rug for special cleaning…am anxious to see what it will look like on return……...
Great customer service quality work making my carpet look new.
I felt that I was lured in by the carpet deals but then surprised by the pricing up charges for tile work and larger room up charges. Transparency is important and ZEROREZ is not.
Tile grout cleaning was amazing!!! So please with my results.
Two high traffic areas in the living room still look dingy. I've rescheduled a second visit to correct this problem.
