If your customers have to reschedule for another day because your techs are running behind schedule, then your customers should at least get a room done for free.

I have been told I would receive a $100 gift card . I have used Zerorez two times first time 3 rooms and a sofa and the last time 5 rooms. The service man said it would be sent to me by e-mail and it never has been sent anything. The job you do is great but you shouldn't make promises that you don't keep.

Tom is very curteous and professional and thoroughly explained the process prior to beginning the service. I like the fact that Zerorez uses only water to clean the carpets. Very pleased with the results. Will use them again.

The first guy that came to my house David Moore left a big brown spot on my light carpet. This guy supposed to come back on the weekend to fix it, he never show up. I called Zerorez and they send another employee and he did a better job, but I still can see a shadow of this brown spot, this guy offer for me to call to Zerorez on Monday and have an expert come to fix this brown spot. Really, I am just tired of having Zerorez coming to my house. So I put all the furniture back to this room and I am just going to give up on you guys. I will definitely no recommend you guys, because you guys supposed to clean carpets and not to meke them worst.

You're on time and you do a great job. The techs who come out are professional and knowledgable.
There were a few spots that did not get completely clean once the carpet had dried. These spots were pointed out prior to cleaning. No special treatment was done on these spots.
The service people are always friendly and professional. The product is GREAT!
Have a special for two rooms in addition to three rooms. Not everyone needs to have 3 rooms cleaned all the time. Have a little incentive for us to do that as well.
Tech Jaime was thorough and very professional.
I liked that the technician used the agitator first to lift up the carpet before cleaning so that the carpet looked fresh after he cleaned it. He was professional and respectful. I felt comfortable with him in my home.

Cleaning process was good but tech was WEIRD
The only problem I had was that it took almost 2 days to dry. The carpets look great and the technician was very friendly and professional.

The tech did an excellent job. He was pleasant and efficient. He was able to remove an old ugly spot that has been on the carpet forever!

No cleaning chemicals left behind to attract dirt. Usually carpets/rugs are returned to like new looks after being cleaned.
