My wife asked if he would do the hallways connecting the rooms that were cleaned. He said he would. I couldn't tell right away but it didn't get done. The last time these rooms were cleaned by Zerorez, they cleaned the hallways.

I am not sure your method is that much better than the others. Time before last you had a machine that lifted the pile. this time, the guy did not bring it - said it was broken. Must be a temperamental machine because it was only about 6 months ago that it was new.

The product is fantastic, you need to get a smaller nozzle to curve into the corners. Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable and when we discovered he was the baby boy of the owner of the company, we felt really special. Mitchell educated us on how to care for our carpet and we really appreciated it. He will make a great owner of the company one day, as his people skills are a cut above what I would expect a young man of his age to possess. He was very respectful and made us feel very special.

I like that it did not smell like strong chemicals and it dried rather quickly. Kyle Rogers was knowledgeable and very engaging.

The only recommendation I would make is to be able to schedule a time slot when the reservation was made.

Your technicians are always on time and take great care to keep the house clean, i.e, by wearing paper shoes and cleaning up any spills. The carpets always look great after cleaning and the techs are always friendly and answer any questions you have.

Service person was very efficient. Willing to make sure I was pleased. Arrived as scheduled and finished in good time.

I wasn't happy with the first tile cleaning and was given a prompt rescheduling and second cleaning. The end result was acceptable and the customer service was fantastic.
