The professionalism of the technician. I do wish I had known ahead of time about the extra cost of spot removal. I was expecting $89.00, & the bill was nearly $300,00

the products made 16 year old carpet that had pet and food stains look new again. The servicemen were very informative, did a wonderful job and I shall call your company again next time needed.

The technician was extremely polite. However, my carpets do not look clean. My adult son came over Sun. nite and sat on the couch in the family room with me. As we were talking, he said," I thought you were going to have your carpets cleaned?"

In the past we had great service from Zerorez. This time the tech didn't move even one piece of furniture. He even cleaned around an ottoman.

You want to make it right? Send someone out who takes pride in their work and does a complete job. DO NOT EVER send this tech to my house again or you are fired.

We had to have one room carpet stretched after cleaning.
The technician came out the next day and stretched the
carpet He did an excellent job.
This is an outstanding company. I would not hesitate to
use again.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was the third time I used Zerorez. First time was wonderful...loved the technician and we were extremely pleased. Second time...your folks did not show up between the time block (evening). Finally after making several calls, the guy calls me. He's in FORT WORTH doing a warehouse (?) and won't be at our house until 8:40 - 9:00pm. No way that works. We rescheduled for the next day. I told the scheduler that they HAD to be in and out before 4:30 because I had a dr. appointment. They showed up at 4:00!! Did a crummy job and left. THIRD time...showed up just fine, the guy was nice and did a decent job (but stains got smeared instead of removed which just made them look worse...but whatever.) He took an expensive area rug back to your "shop" to have it cleaned and repaired. This was in late November of this year, I think. Was informed the repair would be done but it wouldn't be back for Christmas. No problem. It is now April 9th. The rug was delivered to us April 5th. It has not been repaired. We had the guys take it back for the repairs. I have now been informed that it will be done and back to me in two weeks. Sloppy, folks. Jody Dean may love you (for a price) but I have been disappointed twice.
