The technicians were very courteous, professional and still personable. I appreciate the care taken with my house, from the footie covers on their shoes to the wall corner guards. Suggestions were made to remove major pet stains, but the procedures were not pushed, which would have put me off. The carpets look great, thank you.

Reduce the price to clean a couch. I strongly believe that it is way over priced for the amount of work to clean one.

Help your drivers find where the are suppose to be. We had cat urine smell and it was still there after they left and the floor dried.

I was unhappy with the results. My carpet did not come out looking as clean as I thought it would. There was a stain that he didn't think would come out since it was a red soda stain which is understandable. But I thought other areas should have come out a little cleaner.

There were a number of small stains that were not removed. I had hoped the cleaner would have noticed and treated them. When I got home I had to use spot remover myself to get them out.

I have used Zerores for a number of years. We have had our 1 yr Lab peeing on the carpet in the gameroom. This carpet is 1 yr old, high quality carpet. The dog just started peeing the last few months when the weather was bad. I talked w/ a sales rep and requested the carpet cleaned along with the pet treatment to treat the odor enzymes. Your technition was very nice and informed me that one area would require flash cleaning which would involve 2 gallons at $75.00 ea. I want the best treatment there is and I had no problem paying the additional $150. The tech completed the room and it looks great but once dried the urine odor is worse. I am frustrated. I know there are no guarantees but i thought your extraction process would do the trick. Ive never had a problem before and ive had pet problems in the past. Please let me know if there is anything else to do. Thanks

I was sold an expensive pet treatment as the solution to my problem. No mention was made that the treatment might not work (and was not guaranteed). The smell that developed by the next day was nauseating. I was also told that the carpet would dry in 3-4 hours but the area that received the pet treatment was still wet 48 hours later.
