Randy was our technician and was so friendly and nice. He worked hard and did a great repair job on the carpet. I was fairly happy when he left, though there were still stains in the carpet, he had said that was the best they could do. I understand you can't make it perfect. However, The next day our home smelled like a wet dog. We haven't let out dog back into the home since before the carpet cleaning. He told us we needed the extra pet treatment to avoid making the dog smell worse. We paid for it. He said though we only paid for three areas of pet treatment he would treat the entire house wih the pet treatment. For several days the dog odor worsened. We left the windows open trying to air it out. We had several visitors over who verified there was a very strong dog odor.
My husband called back to see if they could come out and fix the odor problem and the customer service rep was rude and condescending to him fairly quickly. He accused him of trying to get something for free though we have paid your company around $400 for clean carpet. The service performed left our house smelling much worse than before.
We would like for someone to return and fix the problem until we are satisfied that the dog odor is gone or return our money to us. We absolutely do not want to get something for nothing and it was offensive of the customer service rep to accuse my husband of that after we paid over $600 for your services. We do not want to keep having to get our carpets cleaned over and over as it is quite a hassle with 2 young children to move everything, find child care for the time and walk around in booties on the edges of our carpets for hours after.
Both my parents and my in laws recommended your company to us and to many others because of the good job you had done. All of them came over and smelled the smell and agreed that they would not continue to recommend your company if the situation was not remedied. A remedy for us would be to have our house smell better, not worse, after paying a large sum of money for the cleaning and the recommended pet treatment. This remedy would not include us having to pay anymore to have the service satisfactorily completed. Another possible remedy would be to have the portion of our money paid for carpet cleaning and pet treatment refunded. Either avenue would be acceptable to is and would make us satisfied customers.

Lack of using heavy chemicals
We have used other cleaning services, but this is the cleanest our carpets have ever looked and exceeded our expectations. Kyle was very clean cut and very professional.
While I agreed to the cost for the hallway to be cleaned, I had no measurements as a reference. When a entry way hall way is almost half as much as the room cleaned, there will not be a service repeat. Perhaps if the carpet in question was of the best quality AND I had the extra money; but neither of those requirements exist. If anyone asks me about your service, I will simply tell them you are very expensive.
